I've seen lots of top athletes workouts over the years and they're all different but the one thing they have in common is these people put 100& into their training!
Freak athlete but a hell of a talent simply the way he works out and purpose before a season is the reason why he's going to have longevity in his work I think Nick Chubb does something similar to what he does but a lot of people don't take heed to leg day like they should that's one day I f****** hate because I have some weak legs what's crazy at one point when I was working on throughout my workout Journey my legs became my strength and now I want to make it that possible again I want to you know get back to squatting leg person things of that nature but not leg first so much be able to squat for five plates again or at least four plates and still be a hell of a calisthenic athlete though
The most hyped since Bo Jackson line is not true at all. There have been a lot of hyped up Running backs between Barkley and Jackson. I think the narrator just picked up on football and knows about 4 players who played before 2010.
Acting like body weight ham curls are hard. I’ve been able to do those since I was like 10. I know he weighs more but that’s his weight. It should be the same for my weight pound for pound
Nothing extraordinary as there's no such thing. Just eat normal foods, workout for what you do and get quality sleep, easy. Everyone is capable of doing it. Blessings all
This video is a little overhyped. This is nothing compared to my personalized body recomposition diet and powerbuilding routine I'm going to be on in two months. Gonna be competing as a bodybuilder after too 👊🏼
@@MiyshoiCollins shit I’m 40 pound lighter than him and am closing in on his calorie intake, it’s really not that hard when you burn a ridiculous amount of calories just existing. The higher the Muscle:Fat ratio on your body the more calories you burn~the more you need to eat to stay the same size.
I want someone to talk about me, the way these narrators do
That will cost you a nice piece of change
Thanks , so happy he is with the Eagles, already made a huge impact in the first game. Love my Eagles, look really solid this year

He has been working with nutritionist Nathan Payton. Love these videos!
Thanks for the love!

I js want this man’s full leg day
The man handling of the Detroit player was impressive.
I’ve been waiting on this vid for a while ngl
Lol Adrian Peterson was considered a bigger running back prospect, so was Ricky Williams.
That burger on the thumbnail looks delicious 😋

I agree
All these work outs didn't save him from a torn acl. Hmmmmm 🤔
Because he overworked
Sometimes injuries happen, no matter how you train. You can't prevent everything.

They are hard. Most people can’t go all the way down and up. And it’s def not as impressive at a lighter weight tbh

Barely talked about his diet.
Yea this dude is a joke.

How accurate is this with the diet though?
Not accurate at all
Diet helps but it’s more than just diet.

Ok so from now on he shouldn't miss anymore games. I don't remember him playing a full season yet.
Needs to be on a different team. Giants OL is criminally bad.
Homie doesn’t eat like that bro
