Mix in some black pepper w the turmeric in a 1to4 ratio. 1part pepper to 4 Parts turmeric. Increases the bodies absorption of the circumin in the turmeric like 2000%.

Regular salt from like Walmart is terrible !! But sea salt or Himalayan is great for you !!!! Don’t stop eating those salts.
