    When this video came out I could do 0 hollow rocks and the earthquake didn't work either - today I managed 5 hollow rocks and holding the earth quake till the end!!

    I did this workout a few months ago and the results WERE AMAZING!!! I could genuinely see an 11 on my stomach.
    Sadly, I got unmotivated and stopped and lost all the results, but now I’m gonna get back on the horse and do there again, with hopes that I’ll get that body I had before!!

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I could not even last 4 minutes and completely gave up 😟My MIL did this full lesson powerfully non stop! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.

    I don't remember ever doing this one and it was nice. There's so many videos that don't go on the calendar that should be there so that there is more variety because she has so many to choose from. I hope whoever's doing the calendar will take that into account

    Woww cassey you are so strong! Im wondering what is that part of your body you think is the weakest? I mean, that one that gives you more strugle. for me are my abs, i feel the pain inmediately, once i start the work out.

      Yadira Aquino she said ...her abs are her strongest and she can do a lot of crazy ab moves and be fine
      but Cardio kills her and she gets tired really quickly

    I wish it was the other way around ..so I could do the easy moves when I have barely any energy left ...and take on the hard moves ...strong ...but it was such a fun work out

      A workout tip, it actually works better if you do the hard moves at the end, it makes you a lot stronger if you ware yourself out before having to work super hard than if you do the difficult moves first!

      because the easy moves are supposed to be a warm-up, and then it will get hard where you have to push through

    Whenever I do ab exercises like bicycles or other moves where you back has to be pushed into the ground I can never push my back down and there is always a gap so I can feel my lower back working more than my abs. Any tips? x

      Becky yea try putting a towel underneath your back and when you do core exercises focus your mind on your core. It’s a mind body connection

    -Full body workouts would be great because then I wouldn't need to do workouts separately. It is especially hard for me to know how much exercise do my back and abs need that they would be in balance.
    -Opening workout for chest ❤
