I like the small goals. The big goal seems just unreachable at first but with small progressions, you keep yourself motivated to eventually doing the full movement.
From hand stand to that move is like knee push ups to hand clap pushups. Not the same level, so they assume if you want to learn this you already can hand stand
Chris, just wanted to say real quick that I have had some trouble consistently making vids on youtube but these kind of vids of yours keep me motivated to make my own, thank you!
Chris thanks man you helped me improve myself when i turned 14 and did 100 push ups a day and i got stronger and my classmates also got inspired by my progress al because of you but now im 16 and i still try to grind now i hope i can learn some of your callisthenic skill in the upcoming months. Thank you for everything
I was able to get up to step #3 with less than 1 month of calisthenics training and a base strength of about 25 pushups. Now I have to go check out your handstand tutorial to complete learning this move!
Bro, I just learned a planche on bent arms for 10 seconds using only the strength of my arms without resting my elbows, i'm so happy) my legs were levitating
I've been watching your videos for awhile now and have downloaded the Heria Pro app. I'm doing some of the exercises along with lifting some weights to strengthen up. I've noticed a huge change in my strength already. I'm in my early 30's and have done a decent amount of damage to my body and have some health issues but I feel stronger and better than I was in my teens. You're definitely helping to change peoples lives for the better.
I learned from some of your older videos, still one of my biggest inspirations, 90° is my favorite calisthenics move both for the feeling and strength building keep up the awesome work, your stuff really works
Unlocked 90 degree handstand thanks to you bro 😭and I just tried the handstand press, I gotta find my handstand balance but imma get it soon! Love this guys program, I wouldn’t be where I’m at now if it wasn’t for you 🤙🏾
I love doing calisthenics and I do calisthenics the way you do it Chris and it's the best! The body you gained from it just feels amazing...best video I have ever seeing!
Chris. You were a big inspiration for me to start calisthenics and to start making calisthenics RUclips videos. Thank you for the inspiration and motivation
Yo Brandon!!! I honestly thought you already had the HSPUs man! I use to watch a lot of yours and Chris' videos when I started learning cali and I honestly thought you were training it. but well done man for the great effort for someone who never trained it before! Plus Chris is a fantastic coach! I learnt full planche in just a year, FL in a few months and 90degree HSPUs in a year by watching and learning from Chris!!!
So Brandon finally got around to taking my advice and trying to learn the 90 degree push up. I used to leave a comments on his videos telling him to learn the 90 degree push up.
going into my 9th month of calisthenics and finally after nearly 200 workouts I'm starting to see the light towards skills! I'm able to do a couple handstand push ups and although I know im not at the 90 degree hspu yet, knowing my goals, my training has intensified so much, knowing im working towards these skills! I'm currently working on the slow negatives, I've been using a band hanging off my pull up bar as a spotter, just difficult to get into lol.
Let’s sum this up: handstand 4 - 7 months / hspu 2 - 5 months / learning the right movement 1 month / building strength 2 - 4 month. So about 1 to 1 1/2 as a beginner.
@@yannik7010 To me 1 and a half year is realistic, i train for a year, i can do 6 hspu and almost 90° hold, so i think i'll be able to 90 hspu in less than 6 month.
Can do everything until a pretty fast negative. Can't go up at all though... Also, I have no parallels, so do it on the floor which makes me struggle with my wrists as I have my hands facing forward after a handstand (can't hold it for long, but don't really need that, do I?) and need them rotated outwards for my 90deg hold.
Hi, I'm also learning the planche, I'm shooting broadcasts of trainers. Question: how often do I need to train my horizon in weeks? Do you need to recover?
Thats something that varies for different people. Personally, i can do a set of 4hspu, but cant do a single muscle up. I did neglect all pulling exercises for a long time though. @@dudator9689
@@burgorman7605 I asked ChatGPT how many people in the world can do planche. He replied somewhere around 5k people can do full planche and 10k-15k people any other variation of planche. So people who can do planche is 10k / 8 billion which is approximately.00001%. And considering that I made an assumption for people who can do HSPUs
What tips do you recommend for me going from weight lifting to calisthenics like should I stick with the workouts on the Thenx app and build up from there or should I start practicing different techniques like handstand push-up and stuff like that?
Hi Chris i am a lady I'm new here. Please do you have videos of warms up and also how to stretch out after an exercise? I began a female fitness home body workout after a lomg time.
