I heard ya’ll! I’m making this into a full video Series! Come back next week Friday 2pm for Episode 2 ❤️🔥🙌🏽 Comment below if there is something specific you’d like to see in this series 💪🏽🖤
Would love to see a front lever progression video, been stuck on an advanced front lever for months having trouble holding the advanced front lever having my knees past the hips for more than 5 seconds and being able to have my feet reach farther.
@nejmitraillette4555 yes, been using bands, to reach the full lever, and try to hold that for time, and do a couple of reps of as long as I can hold, but, can't seem to progress without bands. Plus, the gym I go to its pretty hard to setup bands on my lower back to be able to work on the tuck version since I can only hang the band on the pull up bar.
You are right on track! This type of video is exactly what I needed. It is loaded with useful information. Training the scapula safely and correctly is key. Truly awesome video; looking forward to more videos from you on both channels.
Facts!!! Coolest guy in the world potentially. Love this guy to the moon man. True inspiration. All the way since I was an 18 year old. I'm 28 now and doing handstand pushups on the bar. 🔥🔥🔥 Shit as always Master Christopher. 🫡🫡🫡⚡⚡⚡ LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO9OOOOOOOOO!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just recently started. Been struggling with alcohol and havnt been in good shape in a while. I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I'm glad you make videos to help us newbies out!
Chris u've been the biggest inspo for me to start calisthenics. I'm still learning the basics and had no idea where to start my journey into this. It's like u knew 😂. Thank you for making this series. Much love ❤
Bro thank you. For the first time in my life, after consistently working out for over a decade, I'm finally seeing gains. I'm not sure what it was but somewhere along the line watching your videos, I found the actual key to whatever i was doing wrong. Could but a little bit of everything, idk. But im finally seeing gains. Your vids really helped me get there.
I watch the video, I repeat what I can. Great result. For 10 years I have been gaining 2-3 kg of weight per year. Now I weigh 95 kg. I am 38 years old. I feel better than I did at 25. Thank you Chris for your work, keep it up, you are the best. When the countdown starts, you feel every second of life. Very cool.
Chris your my biggest inspiration your the reason I started calesthenics I’ve been watching you for over seven years thanks for making entertaining videos ❤❤❤
Read about your story on your reddit AMA a few years ago, it is so inspiring how you've turned your life around, you're genuinely one of my idols Chris. Never stop doing what you do! You should make more vlogs like back in the day, I love seeing more about your life alongside the workouts (as eventually the workout videos can get repetitive to experienced people).
You are right on track! This type of video is exactly what I needed. It is loaded with useful information. Training the scapula safely and correctly is key. Truly awesome video; looking forward to more videos from you on both channels.
Your videos along with the weightvest have helped me a lot and now I can do 50 pushups non stop something I never even thought I could do. Including hanging leg raises which I felt too big to do
@CHRISHERIA this is fantastic, thank you so much and happy holidays. As someone late to Calisthenics but somewhat further along, these are fantastic progressions for upper posterior chain strength
Besides I was looking forward to getting that tuck planche, currently, I have been trying to learn a handstand and at my best I am able to hold it for 7-10 seconds by getting the legs off the wall. Yet I am still trying to get to the handstand position without using the wall.Thank you and keep up with those videos
100%!!! I’ve been fascinated with calisthenics for a while now. Weight lifting is great and all, but calisthenics is just so fun, and you can do so many cool things. Plus, it incentivizes a lean and healthy body. I’m 24 rn, and a hand injury is holding me back for a bit, but one of my biggest goals is to master calisthenics. As many skills as possible, including the 90 degree hand stand push up, front lever pull up, dragon squat, etc. So I would love if you made a series showing how to do just that! And I’d be insanely grateful; even more than I already am lol (you inspired me to embark on this calisthenics journey a few years ago 🙂)
Bro, I would love to watch the planche series of your channel bro❤❤❤..... Do you have the plan to make the same for front lever, front lever pullup, victorian and other moves bro??? Mad love❤🔥 And by the way, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRO🎉❤
wow Chris, I can't believe I'm one of the first to watch this new video of yours. I literally fell in love with calisthenics because of you. experiencing some annoying, and unfortunately persistent, pain at my left elbow, internally. please suggest some health practice to overcome this weakness. merry Xms to all and godspeed
Hi! Great to hear you have a passion for calisthenics! I’d suggest to hit and cold therapy, as well as compression and making sure you’re diet and nutrition supports decreasing inflammation 🖤🙏🏽 praying for you to heal up quick and start progressing again
You are such a beast bro. Major props to you. Forget the haters, haters only come when you're doing something right. I just got sober from "party drugs" and I'm starting my fitness journey at 29 I'm about a month in. I'm all natty and want to be shredded but big idk if it's realistic quite yet but I'm 5 ft 11 inches and want to weigh 200 but be shredded... 10% body fat or less would be amazing!
I would LOVE if you could give us very specific guidance from beginner to advanced for calisthenics like the exercises you need to do and the amount of days. So we would never have to watch other videos of other RUclipsrs trying to explain how to start calisthenics and continue all the way to advanced like the ultimate blueprint.
Hi Chris I really enjoy your videos thanks for making these videos love you my biggest inspiration ❤❤. And also happy birthday 🥳 it’s my birthday too and I’m turning 33 too ❤🥳
Calisthenics combos for insane strenght or sonething like that haha💪🏻 Would like to see videos where you make routines implementing calisthenics combos.
