In this 40 minute step aerobics workout I will be showing you basic to intermediate level choreography so you can feel more confident on that step!!

Let's have some fun in this basic to intermediate step aerobics workout! Today we will be working on a brand new routine at 132 BPM with awesome music to keep you moving!! This is the perfect workout for those who want to transition from basic to intermediate choreography!

This class was so encouraging. I have been doing your step classes for a little over 2 years and when you slowed it all down to teach the moves today, I thought "Wow! I don't need that; I actually remember and know how to do that move." But I also was reminded of the days when I got so confused on a 'step over' or an 'all around the world' and had to rewind and look up the tutorials to see which foot went where. For those of you beginning, persevere.... eventually it becomes muscle memory and your feet do it without constant reminders and thought!! (Now to remind myself of that very thought in the middle of the advanced classes where I get tangled in a knot!!) Chris is so right, that frustration doesn't move you forward, moving moves you forward. Thank you for a great class and all the encouragement to just keep stepping!

Even for the advanced stepper, this was still a great workout. I wore a weighed vest and made my moves a bit bigger. You don’t need complicated or fast choreography to have a good workout. Thanks Chris!

I've been MIA for a while, nice to be back and this was a great class to jump back into.
OMG...this is my day. I for the life of me could never figure out the knee squat box. I got it... yippie for me. I always missed a step. I guess I should have gone to the tutorial earlier. You rock Chris for making this so easy, fun, and enjoyable....

Thank you Chris for being you. You hit the spot. I started to get frustrated and down on myself and then I saw you doing the variation - the basic counts - and I felt calmer. I will try this again - and get more technical but...., I kept moving until the end. And your laughter makes me smile which is transformational.

Loved this! My legs were pretty sore from yesterday's leg day workout, so this was a perfect moderate pace to get them moving and get rid of some of that soreness. I followed it up with one of your 30 min stretch routines and now I feel fantastic! Thank you!

Did this one today for the first time and was so proud of myself that I got all the intermediate moves down except for the funky triple knee. My balance has never been the best even when I was younger and at 69 it hasn't gotten any better. So I just did a triple knee there (a few times I tried a variation: knee, heel, three times). There was a tech issue not sure if anything can be done about it now, but I had my TV speakers turned all the way to max and the volume was just normal "watching TV" volume. When I work out, I always like it a little louder because I find it more energizing, but couldn't do it with this one.
I am so so proud of you as well!!! The key to getting that funky knee is strength training!!
Hmmmm, not sure why that would happen with the volume.
@@CDornerFitness I have a personal trainer I have been working with for 4 years and he gives me a 3 day a week strength training program every month. I would like to try some of your strength training programs but I don't want to interfere with my regular trainer's plan and program.
I've been a temporary vampire, but I am back with full energy!💪 I never had this many steps during a 40 minutes basic-intermediate (almost 5.000) which means that finally I've started to use my hands, yay! 🙌💥I felt like flying away sometimes! Huuuge thank you Chris! 💖I have a Momoa-Friday, not bad at all! ❤🔥
