Love the shorter workout with advanced choreography at a slightly slower pace. Its a perfect opportunity to stretch workout time, or add another riser!

This was so much FUN!!! I feel sad for people who won’t do slower int/adv step or won’t do this because it isn’t an hour long, you’re really missing out on a super fun and effective sweat fest! I think one of my biggest mindset shifts since I started working out with you in Dec. 2022 is that it still counts if your workout isn’t an hour long!!! And I don’t NEED to work out for exactly 60 minutes 6 days a week. Getting stuck in that mindset for so many years really made me believe that anything less than an hour wasn’t worthwhile and that’s just ridiculous! Thank you for helping generations of people learn to LOVE exercise and joyful movement and love building strong bodies! So thankful for you, Chris!!❤❤❤
This was the perfect speed for me to do the more complicated moves. I was even able to do the funky knee without falling over. The name "Merry Go Round" scared me but it was easy to do and didn't make me dizzy. Thanks again for a fabulous workout.

I just came back to do this again after several months and had so much fun that the time flew by. I’ve been getting into your strength videos and it was amazing how much more fluid and graceful I felt vs the first time because I’m stronger now and not just a “cardio queen.” 😅

I thoroughly enjoyed this workout! I’ve hesitated trying advanced workout so this was perfect intro and perfect pace! It was like you were in the room with me and knew when I got the move right lol…your timing was spot on. Thank you!
