Great tips bro
Thank you for the tips!
You're welcome, and good luck with your channel! If you have any video or audio questions, shoot me an email: tcammisa@gmail.com
Tim, your tips you were kind enough to share with me helped me enormously. Thank you so much.
You're welcome, Deb! Your own work and channel are exceptional, thus I'm happy to contribute in any way, no matter how small. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Just starting to see if I can have fun with this. All I have right now is my phone but hopefully I’ll be able to buy some kind of budget camera in the future!
Start with what you have, Adam, then go from there! If you ever need suggestions, shoot me an email: tcammisa@gmail.com Good luck! Tim
Great video Tim!
Thanks so much, Robbie, I wanted to share some insights to help others! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Great info and video Tim!👍
Appreciate the kind words! This is a topic that is only slightly touched upon in the fly tying world, so I want to start sharing my experiences over the years. Hope all is well with you! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
@@TimCammisa all is good Tim! Will you be up at the Boro with Bobby this year fishing for muskies? I went out last week with some friends from Missouri and we fished for skies for about 90 minutes and they both had a follow on bucktails! Have a great season!
That sounds like fun...and I sure hope so!
What lens do you pair that 6d body with?
I went with a Lumix for my last 4k camera. Generally happy with its performance but would go with a higher fps next time to eliminate any ghosting. But that means more money. Cheers and tight lines.
That's a great one, too! So here's the big question: What lens did you go with? I prefer the Canon 100mm Macro, which is a beast! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
@@TimCammisa I went with the Lumix fz300 with the recommendation from my local camera shop. I has a Leica 2.8 25-600mm lens. It's water resistant so those questionable weather days streamside are no worries. I may upgrade eventually as tech advances but it fits my needs currently.
@@TimCammisa Olympus makes a 60mm F2.8 macro. I don't have that particular lens, but Panasonic's cameras are great for video. I have the photographers version - the G9. It has some recording time limitations that the GH5 and GH6 don't have. I switched from digital SLRs in 2014 due to the size benefits for travel. I can fit an entire m43 kit in my carryon backpack, all the way to an 800mm equivalent lens!
Great tips. Although I think if I made a video, everyone would get a good laugh at my vise and the mess on my bench
Ha, I doubt that! If you consider putting a few together, be sure to reach out with any questions. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
