Alpha Female Body Language | DOs and DON'Ts

Everyone wants to be a boss but not everyone knows how to look like one.
Alpha females have body language habits that let everyone else in the room know that they are an alpha. In this video I share some DOs and DON'Ts to make sure that you look like a boss. Remember though , its important that your mind is right too. If you only have the body language down pat then all you're doing is acting. So make sure you work on yourself from within too :)

I’ve only recently noticed that I don’t nod my head, do affirmations {“uh huh” “wow”}, or smile unless I’m really happy or find something really funny. It goes with the job of being an INTJ, I suppose.

I agree with you because some things people do are weird. A true Alfa female will have to learn to let loose and smile more.. We intimidate people a lot.. So I don't think a boss has to be necessarily too bossy like..
