Love this info! I've always naturally had some characteristics of an alpha female but I have never had enough confidence to actually cultivate it and purposely embody it. I agree with you @mellowbeauty1 I always have known as an alpha, even my friends were sure about this. My walk, my posture, every thing proved the theory. But I wasn't confident enough. I even felt uncomfortable sometimes. But now Abby gave me an insight.. And surely i'll work for who I really are. Thank you so much for this video. You inspired me with your words.
