I believe I am strong and smart, but I have the tendency to feel small in public and around people I really want to work on everything you said thank you 🙏
Keep reminding yourself of your strength especially when you feel small. Create an anchor. Something you tell yourself whenever you get that feeling ✨
Shyness can be difficult to overcome. If your nature is introverted, which means your energy comes from solitude, then you need to study yourself and recognize your superpower and be where you ought to be, not where the large crowds are. I highly recommend the Clifton strengths test because it will highlight your best self.

Love this info! I've always naturally had some characteristics of an alpha female but I have never had enough confidence to actually cultivate it and purposely embody it. I agree with you because some things people do are weird. A true Alfa female will have to learn to let loose and smile more.. We intimidate people a lot.. So I don't think a boss has to be necessarily too bossy like..
Exactly. True alphas don't even think about this stuff they're just comfortable 🤣
I’ve only recently noticed that I don’t nod my head, do affirmations {“uh huh” “wow”}, or smile unless I’m really happy or find something really funny. It goes with the job of being an INTJ, I suppose.
