As a male, I will say this: females, don't be so worried about what guys think of you. Honestly just be yourself. Guys will be attracted to you based on your personality and looks for the most part. I think it's important that we all learn more how to edit ourselves and our responses to all uncontrollable circumstances. You'd be surprised how things would change for the better when you are more self-aware and you edit things according to the situation and your awareness of it. I teach this myself as a communications coach which includes language/ speech and the psychology of such communications.

I will be happy when people stop going out in their pajamas and house shoes and start making an effort to present themselves as serious people. I've had great candidates apply for jobs and they literally showed up in a pullover hoodie and pajamas. They're not dressed for the job they want. They're not even dressed for the life they want. Psychology, the way we present ourselves to others impacts out self perception. If we present ourselves as elegant, beautiful or handsome people who take pride in our grooming, decorum and presentation, we will think of ourselves that way. Habit becomes nature.

I used to have that natural swing in my hips when I was younger, so much so that a lot of people ask me if I model or would consider it. However, there was this guy who mocked me for it all the time, so I stopped doing it. To this day I get anxious if someone walks behind me and would judge that way I walk (making my walk even more awkward I am sure). Currently, I am on a self-love journey trying to stop letting the opinion of others (esp. those from the past) affect me so much.

Hunched over posture is everywhere due to cell phones in everyone's hand 😨 Its all classes of people and everywhere ! I love being the only person in a room without a phone in my hand. Like most things now, what used to be normal behavior is now considered an "upgrade" in behavior.
Heels definitely make a difference with the hip swing. I've traded in a lot of my flats for 2 to 3 inch heels - low enough for all-day walking but allows you to give a more feminine walk.

ballet lessons taught me how to achieve a graceful walk and posture naturally. i never looked more elegant than when i took lessons. even in winter snow boots i still walked like i was on a cloud. if you have the ability to do this ladies i think you should. So go take a dance class 😊

Hunched over posture is everywhere due to cell phones in everyone's hand 😨 Its all classes of people and everywhere ! I love being the only person in a room without a phone in my hand. Like most things now, what used to be normal behavior is now considered an "upgrade" in behavior.
Heels definitely make a difference with the hip swing. I've traded in a lot of my flats for 2 to 3 inch heels - low enough for all-day walking but allows you to give a more feminine walk.

Beauty is on the eye of the beholder. You can do or not do some of the tips or all of it, it will not work. Obviously she is giving what she works for her. She is an attractive woman at the end of the day. My male friends told me since I was in my 20s that they will not waste their time with any woman if they think she is not attractive.
I agree! If a woman is not attractive at external,all this advice will not work. Yes,woman can use their charm or body language, whatever,but if she does not hava a beauty face,or handsome body it will be so difficult to her even flirt with somebody. Men are getting inloved with their eyes at first place. So the girl who is not pretty,she will not get even chance to show him her sensuality.

I feel like Meghan Markle studied this so well! Meghan really contrived a feminine energy to attract the prince. I saw her old videos when she was in her 20s and she was such a “over-hyper” valley girl. But over time practice makes perfect and now she exudes feminine energy!

If you’re nervous and awkward on a date, realize that that’s a normal human emotion and don’t beat yourself over it. Embrace it. It’s okay to feel that way. If you’re trying your best to be you, that’s all that matters. I used to be real shy but just the acceptance and embracing of these emotions that come up, that helps me calm down. ballet lessons taught me how to achieve a graceful walk and posture naturally. i never looked more elegant than when i took lessons. even in winter snow boots i still walked like i was on a cloud. if you have the ability to do this ladies i think you should.
