    As a male, I will say this: females, don't be so worried about what guys think of you. Honestly just be yourself. Guys will be attracted to you based on your personality and looks for the most part. Sure, you can let a guy know you like him with a subtle hint, but don't obsess over things like body language. Believe me, there are a lot more important things to be concerned about.

Femininity is best when the men can be trusted or the woman is in a place where the softness is just a coat and push too hard she can protect herself. I feel many of the hyper masculine women also became this way as a defense mechanism...cheers to the glass of wine of society now a days.

      By watching this video and reaching out, you are already on you way to creating a more alluring self. Try only one tiny improvement at a time. Master the improvement until it becomes a habit and part of you. Once this is completed, you’ll find that you’ll be more self confident. This happens because you have done something positive for yourself. Additionally, an accomplishment teaches anyone about themselves so that they are better able to handle the next step towards their goal and so on.
      I read somewhere that it takes three weeks to make a change into a habit. I read somewhere else that it takes six weeks. Either way keep a diary of your feelings, your struggles, how you’ve overcome them and what part of changing is easiest for you. Please remember that setbacks and failures happen. Treat them like extra credit assignments and bonus lessons.
      All the best of good fortune and blessing for your short term and ultimate success.

Unfortunately, he was one of these immature young boys that make girls cry if they like them or want their attention. I know for a fact he liked me since 5th grade (personally I don't get how someone so young can develop romantic feelings, but my cousins always had gfs/bfs since kindergarten/elementary school, so idk). And whenever I would reject him (for obvious reason), his mocking would get worse for a while. :/ It destroyed a lot of the rest of my self-esteem after some other traumatic events. Granted there were moments when he was nice and sweer to me, esp. when I got injured one time. I really hope he matured in all the years we haven't seen each other.

    I will always stand by this: Dance like ballet, modern, ballroom trains the body in good posture, poise, how to walk while swinging your hips elegantly, knowing how to suck in your stomach ( a.k.a gut) as a means of looking poised, etc. Dance inherently teaches you how to balance and embody passion and softness. So go take a dance class 😊

    • @Sisterlisk

Your lessons are timely and women, if they are looking to marry a high-class man, need to hear them more than ever. In today’s world, women are often encouraged to act masculine and even deny their femininity. They then wonder why they aren't attracting anyone or are attracting the wrong type of man. A woman does not have to act like a man and lose her femininity to advance in education and/or career. The two can coexist as long as balance is achieved. I wish I found you years ago!

Body language is so subtle that YOU legitimately don’t realize that you react to such. And you claim you’re attracted to personality or looks etc only… absolutely not. Body language and cues have been extensively studied and they matter in literally every single social interaction anyone has during any time of their day. Whether you admit it or not. So Anna teaching women to control some of the body language that could accidentally imply insecurity or anything else, she’s absolutely helping assist in being more attractive to a male’s unconscious attraction.

    Beauty is on the eye of the beholder. You can do or not do some of the tips or all of it, it will not work. Obviously she is giving what she works for her. She is an attractive woman at the end of the day. My male friends told me since I was in my 20s that they will not waste their time with any woman if they think she is not attractive.

    • @nurarondic3686
      @nurarondic3686 2 года назад

      I agree! If a woman is not attractive at external,all this advice will not work. Yes,woman can use their charm or body language, whatever,but if she does not hava a beauty face,or handsome body it will be so difficult to her even flirt with somebody. Men are getting inloved with their eyes at first place. So the girl who is not pretty,she will not get even chance to show him her sensuality.

I’m a Woman and I try to change myself and this for MYSELF. It makes me more confident and I start seeing my worth. Confidence is when you do not care what other think of you. I know being feminine and wearing feminine clothes (classic) is underrated nowadays but being a copy is boring 😊

    I feel like Meghan Markle studied this so well! She does the whole “pull her hair strands behind her ear thing while looking down and smiling.” She makes sincere faces and touches her heart/chest all the time. Meghan really contrived a feminine energy to attract the prince. I saw her old videos when she was in her 20s and she was such a “over-hyper” valley girl. But over time practice makes perfect and now she exudes feminine energy!

      It’s definitely a practiced and rehearsed persona she exudes. You can tell because like the video says sometimes it’s too theatrical. Instead of coming off sincere you can tell she is using her acting skills. They put out an article on her in a British outlet and you can see her more natural self come out and she stands very pigeon toed with her pelvis out. She slips when relaxed lol. She stood like that in her younger pictures when she was relaxed. It’s obvious when you’re on, theatrical like you’re the Disney park princess. Lol

      Nindy P XxTammyxx well I’d the most importantly , accept yourself through any state you are in . If you’re nervous and awkward on a date, realize that that’s a normal human emotion and don’t beat yourself over it. Embrace it. It’s okay to feel that way. If you’re trying your best to be you, that’s all that matters. I used to be real shy but just the acceptance and embracing of these emotions that come up, that helps me calm down. How you feel about yourself Is most important

    I would like to add that men also observe the way you interact with others around you. Smart men love women who exude a fun and positive energy and have a genuine affectionate/compassionate way towards others - but again, as Anna says, not in a theatrical way.
