If you have an autoimmue disease like psoriasis, get a d3 test. You are most likely low in this critical vitamin (hormone). In most cases high amounts of d3 combined with a keto diet will cure you. I already had some possible psoriasis in my ears, my forehead above my nose, and occasionally both sides of my nose. I started the Moujaro injections approximately 6 weeks ago. Based on my research and hearing others reporting the same thing, I suspect it may be coming from these injections. I'm not giving up the Moujaro injections for now. I have scalp psoriasis from last 4 years its getting worse now. Nothing is working for me. Can u please elaborate your way of dealing with psoriasis. 45 min gap between meal and butter milk?. I think u want to say that we should avoid hot items and add cold items in our diet which can calm the agni? Am i right?
