As someone who's been there, Isaac, I would look at any stress you're dealing with (environmental, physical, mental, etc.) and medications that might be triggering stress in your body. Also, if you haven't already, I would & did add gut beneficial foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, sheep or goat milk yoghurt, etc. I'm not saying I'm completely psoriasis-free (I do splurge on occasion) but it is drastically diminished. Lastly, you might want to consider getting an allergy test to know for certain what might be a trigger for you.
@@danieljellersI need to do an allergy test for sure. They are expensive though. I’m not a stressed person at all. I’m actually really calm. My wife makes homemade kombucha! So good. Dear one, have you considered upping your protein intake as it provides the building blocks to knit back together our skin. Many recommend 1 gram protein per pounds lean body weight. People say I’m looking younger and I know I’m stronger.

Seriously, quite eating all sugar even sweet fruits, and all gluten, all dairy. I don't know about meats because I'm a vegan, except I eat our farm eggs. Any way stop eating them for 2-3 months, you should clear up, then slowly add one thing at a time in moderation, if it starts getting red, or scales quit and eat less, that will be all you can eat of these 3 things. I had to stop white sugar, and I eat natrual sugars maybe 1-2 times a week, no dairy for me and gluten in moderation, I choose to eat the Ezekiel bread with no sugar in it. Sometimes psoriasis can be from mold and the air quality in your home, from pets even
