Want to add one important thing, during covid when my homeopathy medicine was unavailable becz of lockdown, n my situation went worst, I decided to try homemade things, I started consuming homegrown turmeric powder, just boil it and drink it like a tea, n trust me guys, my psoriasis flares up was completely gone.... Another thing is garlic, which really helps me get rid of my guttate psoriasis patches, I consume it on an empty stomach for months, until I notice the result. U guys need to give it a try, guttate psoriasis is related with your gut, so garlic on an empty stomach really helps, you need to try 3 slices daily, just chew with little water. You will see results within 2 and half a month, , another thing whenever I got inflammation I try bitter gourd juice, it gives instant results..try all these

gluten needs to be avoided, i've had psoriasis since being in high school, about ten years ago i went through a phase of eating /baking lots of fresh pizzas at home, id have these most days for a few weeks, i had a huge outbreak of plaques all over my back, i got a book by doctor pagano who i believe died but his information cleared it up over a couple of months and the main culprit was gluten/leaky gut.

Red meat is more nutrient dense than all those veggies. Carnivore did more for my psoriasis and inflammation eating mostly red meat within weeks than I’ve ever experienced eating the rainbow. Plus you lose body fat. Lots of great info from doctors and success stories on RUclips about carnivore and psoriasis.

I went to a specialist and he told me to cut out red meat, I'm going to incorporate this and see if it makes any difference, everybody's body is different Obviously but thanks for sharing 👍🏼

Can you address diverticulosis? Plus an umbilical hernia? I'm in my 60's. I was just told I have both. Going for a colonoscopy. The above was discovered in a CT scan. This hernia doesn't stick out but must be putting pressure on my bladder. I can feel something shifting inside low in my abdomen. I've just started working with my doctor and testing for this. I was told years ago I had psoriasis but only tiny spots. I need to learn how to eat right. Next step for me is the colonoscopy. In the meantime I feel the pressure inside on my bladder. Maybe my bladder is falling too. I'm sure it is. I'm not obese. Female. Heavier than when I was younger. Never was a good eater. 155 lbs.

Thank you so much for these videos on psoriasis and the gut. When you get rid of bad bacteria with high fibre or milk of magnesia, don't you also get rid of the good bacteria?

Over the past 4 wks I've dramatically changed my diet. Zero gluten and dairy or red meat. I'm taking supplements and eating greens and fish. I'm still not regular and go to the bathroom every other day if I'm lucky. I want to be regular, how can I get sufficient fiber into my system? Please help

It consisted of zero fibre in winter months. False narrative is the fibre. Even the European sauerkraut didn’t exist in North America. Fermented fish was key in our area.
Biome cycling has been key for me. Winter with fatty meats. Spring early summer eggs and lean meats with new greens. Summer is fruit and starch to gain weight. And the cycles continue.
Our error is thinking we need or ever existed with a static gut biome
