As someone who had severe nearly-crippling psoriasis around 10 years ago - I can absolutely attest that the information in this video works. In 2012, my nails were falling off, my skin was cracked open and bleeding, every joint in my body was inflamed and I had trouble moving and cold barely open my hands. It was extremely painful and people were scared to even be near me because of how I appeared. Doctors tried to impose immune-suppressants on me and told me there was no other way, but I refused and explored a dietary shift instead. I focused on omega-3 to omega 6 ratios (which is also stress-related), fish, D3, and increased vegetables. I also eliminated all processed foods. It took about 6 months into the diet to see improvement - but it absolutely WORKS. I've experimented (scientifically) with dietary shifts in the decade since then, and whenever I return to a normal 'western' diet filled with processed food, the psoriasis returns. I've also noticed that when I follow a 'paleo' diet focused on a more-Mediterranean diet, my overall health improves dramatically as well, and I've often mused that what I learned a decade ago when exploring a dietary modulation of psoriasis would likely protect me from other health issues, and that for me it could have been a blessing in disguise. I preached the diet to a friend of mine with cancer, and the cancer naturally went into remission too. And I was one of the lucky ones who only had mild symptoms with covid (no idea of there is a connection or not). Incidentally, when I strictly followed a 'paleo' diet of no processed foods, my body seemingly started craving the foods with the exact nutrients I needed. It was like magic. And the foods I really started craving were fish, spinach, olives (i never liked olives prior to that!), etc. It's fascinating! I encourage everyone to explore this type of diet. I wish more doctors thought like Dr William Li - although that might put a large dent into Big Pharmy's profits. I felt like the doctors in the medical industry were glorified drug dealers for Big Pharmy, and not scientists like Dr William Li.
@@Emar1962 As part of doing the 'paleo diet' approach, i stopped all processed food which includes bread and pasta, etc.. so indirectly I stopped consuming gluten. I hope you can find relief from the psoriasis! (plus healthy eating helps your entire body). Cheers!
As someone who is currently dealing with psoriasis after getting it only a couple months ago, this interview is a big help and gives me hope. Thank you

Had psoriasis since my thirties...always thought it involved my gut but couldn't get anyone to confirm or give me another idea. Recently started using B1 and bike salts. Gone off gluten mostly. Having a reversal of scaling.

Hello Miss Maria Marlowe, I had provided you my email address to request you for the 3-meal plan but so far I did not hear from you. Please refer to my comment herein below [John Goh] 2 months ago.
Olives are a great food, however, Dr Li talks about olive oil as that was used in the specific study he mentioned. Olive oil is a more concentrated source of polyphenols and other phytochemicals, which get lost in the curing process of olives.

There is no cure for psoriasis, even with diets, but can ease you with different diets
WHY CANT WE JUST EAT OLIVES ??
