@manycolours100 apparently your here for answers to beating psoriasis. If people are getting healed from his information then how or why could you call it wacko. We have to be careful how we treat others because things we do and say comes back on us. I don't have psoriasis however I learn about it in order to help others. Many people are suffering from this disease they are taking toxic things and still no improvement. What I've learned is that Celebrities/ Political figures, utilize doctors like him because of his knowledge while others use words to ridicule which makes no sense to me.

I've been ,looking into this for years, as my hubby thinks slopping on creams is all you can do : someone told him its a virus, and it has no cure ! He thinks I'm falling for "Fads" on the Net, so doesn't listen ! So, how come there are so many folk writing in, to say how they cured their psoriasis ! He's had this for years : I've been trying to learn all about it. and adjust his diet. but he chooses " Acid Formers" when left to himself ! Go for an endoscopy to see what physical issues you might have. Get a test fir celiac/gluten and other food intolerences. I have dine all these things, but it took me over a decade to realise I had gut issues. Its all about diet.

Why would you be cooking lentils why traveling and camping? Unless you eat out and order lentils. Like your comment has me baffled. It really isn't that complicated. There are plenty of other foods you can take camping.

Sugars bloat me. Also, gluten may cause inflammation and psoriasis.

Lentils should only be cooked in a pressure cooker? I don't have one. How will I eat lentils while traveling/camping,???
