Our problem was the flow switch. We replaced it and now we are having problems with the heat controls. Boiler turns off after it reaches temperature. The only way to get it back on is to press the reset switch on the thermostat. Can you please make a video explaining the 2 thermostats. Your manual is not clear on this.

Any recall on ignitor. We have this elephant for about three years and had 20 service calls and dozens of ignitor failing. Any advice?

The igniters for the MT2 (2400-286) are very consistent. Dozens of them failing? Please contact our Tech Support Team at 800-900-9276 !
