Love your channel ,I have great desire to learn electrical trouble shooting. I was searching for so many electrical trouble shooting videos but this website has quenched my thirst.Thank you very much.
Great video. If doing point to point I open fuse holders to isolate circuits.
You have to be practical, just talking won’t do. Thank you
Thank you for the efforts, but yes please be more practical.
If you can't follow what he's talking about, then you shouldn't be testing control panels.
Nice video but at 1:26 it also helps if your test leads are in the voltage/resistance port when measuring point to point resistances!
lmao
Another excellent upload, thanks a lot!!!!
Nice information
Thank you sir
very good working
nice video
After over 20 years of professional troubleshooting, I would like to point to your attention the simple fact, that "Drawings" are not commonly found any where in today's factory. Yes, as strange and unlikely it sounds, drawing are scarce and far in between these days. In addition when we find drawings (rare occurrence) they are more often than not inaccurate and sometimes obsolete.
However I do agree with you that drawings should be our most important reference.
thank you for mentioning that, that happens on almost 78% of our machines and I trying not to exaggerate.
Idk what junk plants yall worked in but i never struggled to find a print. Just goes to show how shit the tech team mustve been in those plants. if we dont have physical, there is a digital print in a shared drive. If you cant find either, get the machine back up and call the maker for a digital. Not hard
Well done sir thanks
very nice
Nice video
I love you, Iam frome Bangladesh ❣️🇧🇩
Life saver
I thumbed up and subscribed, now stop yelling at me!
Plzz make the video practical
Hi I'm just starting out at Panel building. I'd like to get the proper size hole cutter for the Allen Bradly 30mm buttons. However, Every kit I find only has 1 1/8" (Slightly too small) or 1 3/8" abit to big. What do you recomend? We have a knockout, but I'd like to just use a hole cutter to get it all in one step.
insylem, check out the Greenlee Slug-Buster line. They have one I think will do the job for you.
It took me quite awhile to track down a electrical schematic drawing of an older milling machine, it saved hours of backtracking the wiring to get all the electromagnetic clutches and switches to function properly as many wires were installed wrong from a previous repair attempt. Saved a bundle with the drawings. I vouch for the importance.
I am a biggner please! help me what can i do.
what if the panel has been worked on and has deviated from the drawing
Wtah you recomend for a conrol panel power outage that needs to be on for another 15 minutes after power outage?
Wouldn't you use a generator in that situation
an actual demonstration would be nice.
Need video please
waw
Please use bullet points on the screen as you go over each point so the visual learners can read the training. Hearing something and reading something gives different results for each person. 75% of people are visual learners. All of your audible training means nothing unless you add visual representations of what you just said. When speaking about something you can say: How does the car sound to you? or How does the car look to you? The visual questions will not work well with someone who is an audible learner. Maybe you can look over the basics of Neuro Linguistic Programming to understand how to improve from here. Thank you for the video but it bores a visual learner to death in about two minutes or less. If you add written points as you make them verbally it will help the training of most people.
Dear Sir.......I'm ashok from India ..I'm trying to get a PR Visa in CANADA. I don't know about Industrial Automation Job Scope in CANADA.Please tell the Industrial automation market in CANADA...Pls Reply Sir.I'm waiting for your reply....pls any one Reply for this comment
What are you doing now and where are you?
Please make hindi video.
What drawing? Machines are like 50 years old and so many new parts have been added over the decades without updating diagram.
Exactly.
"We need you to retrofit this ancient system with a new PLC."
"Ok, no problem. Where are the drawings?"
"We don't have valid, updated drawings."
"Ok, well can you at least give me an equipment list?"
"No, but here's a PLC program. You should be able to reverse-engineer and find out what's out there."
"This PLC program doesn't have any descriptions, rung comments, etc."
"We need this done in two weeks."
:-|
That is where the knowledge comes in. Before removing wires and changing parts you have to design diagrams. I do it all the time.
@@coldsoup8958 that's when I find a new place to work lol
I’m the first viewer
need practical video.
Talking too much without practical aspect does not make sense
Your right. I'm hands on and books don't do anything for me. I teach new engineers because they have not learned anything in there 10 yrs of college.
@@dwaynes5983 But I’m sure the know the difference between “their, there, and they’re”
Talking is boring do practical
