Missing camp won't be the reason the Jets lose but it's still noteworthy because it's a symptom of a larger problem with Rodgers.

You use camp to get in sync with your receivers, offensive system and players. The same issue russel Wilson had when he first got to Denver. Every game matters in the nfl and if they lose cause their offense is unstable during the first few weeks, it’ll immediately point back to this.

I think fans point makes sense. Although it’s called mandatory mini camp it’s really no more important than OTA’s it’s only mandatory because they want to see players during the off season to make sure they are still fit. Aaron was at all the voluntary OTA’s so going to minicamp really wouldn’t do much for him seance he has been there the whole time. To me it’s not a big deal but I’m a Steelers fan so if they suck I could care less

Could well be this is an extremely special case and if so fair play, time will tell whether little things like this have any sort of impact.

On top of that, people dont mention that saleh and joe douglas also draft players that are smart and have been leaders elsewhere. The lockerroom is filled with a bunch of highschool and college captains and leaders, not just good players.

Tom also wasn’t coming off an injury and he had good standings with his teammates unlike Rodgers with all his new teammates. He also wasn’t out in Japan having a blast.
