Trying to reach for the moon on a job I just applied for.
    Under the job requirements is
    - PLC Troubleshooting skills are required (firm).
I have limited experience troubleshooting PLCs outside of my college classes, and quite frankly that was over 10 years ago so I pretty much lost all of that. Everything else they require I would be an expert at. So I am pretty sure if I can ace some courses and get certified I would have no issue performing well.
What are some courses I can take ASAP and get certifications that would help and possibly guarantee I would be ready if given a call back about this position?
A fast response will be great but for now I will sign up and navigate your courses/certifications the best I can.
    Thanks!

ello, @Official_Dominatus. Thank you for your question. O-boy! Sorry that you did not stay on course. Yes, the job market in every country needs PLC personnel with a troubleshooting background. It saves the company from having two employees, and you get more of the money! You are an engineering programmer and a troubleshooter! You are taking the best step. We have great videos, but depending what type of PLC you will be working with and what they need. We have a series of STEP BY STEP on Siemens, 4 courses, and for troubleshooting maintenance issues, look at the Maintenance Automation skill path. We also have other PLC lessons you might have to take again, depending on your needs. www.realpars.com

Sir only plc output suddenly off mode how rectified this problem, and reason sir

    • @realpars
      @realpars  Месяц назад

      Hi @koonduparavai2454,
If the PLC output suddenly turns off, the issue could be caused by:
      1. Power Supply Problems: Check for any interruptions or fluctuations in the PLC’s power supply.
      2. I/O Module Failure: A malfunctioning I/O module could cause outputs to turn off.
      3. Wiring/Connection Issues: Inspect the wiring for any loose or damaged connections.
      4. Overload or Short Circuit: Ensure the connected load is within the PLC’s rated capacity.
We recommend checking these areas, and if the issue continues, feel free to reach out for more detailed troubleshooting!

Troubleshooting by using Trial and Error method! You must be out of your mind. Using the logic mindset to trace the error and solve the problem.

In the real world I’ve used both and not blown anything, anyone or myself up to date.
It’s usually easier to have the ladder logic running on your laptop when the process is running to see where your fault is.
Failing that, if it’s an Allen Bradley SLC 500, take out the I/O cards and reseat them. 😂😂😂

Lol, the illustration showing an output module going directly to a motor made me laugh a little.... In actuality, it's going to some type of device which CONTROLS the motor, likely a starter or a vfd or soft stat ✅😊‼️...It could be a servo motor though too, to be honest.
