Been putting in Goodmans for over 9 years, anytime you see rust on vent piping usually indicates of a block or partially block base chimney, possible intimating on pressure switch due to lack of venting.

Pull the hoses on the inducer, check for build up, also do a pressure test on the inducer fan assembly, could be barely hanging in there!

You may want to check the chimney cap if it has one or not and if not suggest getting one in place, to save the water from rotting out flue. IMO
That's my furnace Steve ... 9 year old and runs like a top ... but I clean FS and burners yearly, new filter every 2 months .... I installed it in a 100 year old house, but ran a chimney liner and cap ... when walking my dog I always watch the chimney output (vapor) to make sure it's running at full output
Static pressure? Temp rise. Would of checked the board to see if it was failing. Thanks for the vids
Short cycling and condensing ,Unlined chimney? Sometimes it's a wrongly adjusted anticipator setting in a mechanical thermostat and or a defective pressure switch ,dirty sensor ,plugged air filter, plugged "A" coil, Dirty blower fan wheel .

Those flame sensor are 90 percent of the time the issue on this particular unit. I take a fine sand paper and good as new
