    Based on these:
    1. She makes a point of not taking herself and others too seriously.
    2. She can acknowledge and celebrate the achievements she's already reached.
    3. She accepts where she is now
    4. She's developed a vision for the future
    5. She separates herself from the emotions of others.
    6. She takes time to care for herself
    7. She handles the conflict in her life
4 years and 8 months later...I DID IT💃💃💃. This is exactly my state of being. Yes! I did it!

A healthy 70 yo INFJ woman. This last 2 yrs I have come into my own after a 45 yr relationship that I saw calmly to its end. Obviously it's hard to do self care when you're attending to someone else's final needs and then this world situation. But I did it and dropped 20 yrs in physical age and added 50 yrs of wisdom! Wowee!

I'm 29 years old and spent countless hours researching and soul searching. I have finally made it!! I no longer feel weird, depressed, or anxious because I don't understand myself or others. All my research has finally led me here and finding out this information is the last piece of my puzzle. Thank you :)

Having these videos recommended to me at this point in my life is showing me how healthy I have become and how far I came without realizing what I had been going through. I’m grateful to understand myself more and be happy with what’s to come.

Manic goal completion... 😂 A curse and a blessing. The day before The Day (of remittance) it's the best quality a person may have. It's going to be done and done well, at any cost. On holidays, it's a curse as we, INFJs, never stop thinking over what's next, not even on Christmas...

3 and 4 definitely ring true. I have family duties which aren't how I would choose to spend my life but I accept that they need to be done. What keeps me going is the thought that it won't be forever and I'll have earned the right to do whatever I want after that.

Almost crying in the middle of cafeteria, I recognize all of these as the setbacks that affected me since I was born. I've grown heaps in all of these areas. Especially after becoming independent from my family and having to face the distruptions myself, trying to function day to day. And now that I see how much I'm growing, it's hard to judge the present me who's trying her best with the information she has.

Actually, the biggest down feeling is when people around me actively try to make my achievements not true or downplay them. I feel myself thinking do i want to proof them wrong or let them simmer in their thinking of me? Most of the time it s the latter. When they spend more time around or with me, my actions and words let them know who i am for real. Often than not they tell me they have never met someone like me.

I'm miserable if I don't have clear goals lined up in sequence....but often get sidetracked helping everyone else...so people close to me can get very possessive of my time and energy. Always trying to balance this aspect out...

Thanks for describing me, much appreciated! After raising three kids, surviving s 42 yr marriage to a malignant narcissistic/sociopathic, real Dr. Jekyll/Mr Hyde, bonafide, running two art/design businesses as a professional artist/designer for over 40 years, I've become an expert in crisis management! Was also a fitness trainer/weight lifter in the 1980s and 90s, but got MS anyways! 'What doesn't kill you makes you stronger"! "unto thine own self be true", written on the Gates of Delphi in ancient Greece! "know thyself"...Socrates, more wisdom from ancient Greece! "knowledge is power"...self-empowerment! BTW, how about showing older women past 50 or 65 who have a real long life experience history? Ageism??

What's some signs that this healthy behavior is being jeopardized? Hmmm this is a good question as I've observed that a positive mindset is something that waxes and wanes in everyone... I'd say the signs are, I start to feel I am in a daily grind and I wonder 'why am I doing all this? it all feels so pointless.' Or I feel like I've lost my balance, and the things I juggle are falling into chaos.
I try and recharge, but if it doesn't work I have to remind myself I can't always just withdraw and figure out everything. Sometimes we just need to stop and connect with someone deeper than casual social mask to thrive as people and especially as women; that's how we solve problems. Introvert or not, getting support by chatting things out with each other is our source of power.

Do healthy INFJ men and women make good couples? INFJ man here. Several have suggested it can be better than ENTP or ENFP? Idk???

I consider myself still in the “recovery phase” from years of narcissistic abuse and neglect however, the last 2 months I met another INFJ online whom I consider my best friend and we both feel that there could be something more but I’m being patient, maybe too much hard to tell rn. ENFP’s and ENTP’s are awesome but I guess I’m fortunate or lucky enough to find someone that feels the way I do. Even if we’re 5,000 miles apart. Just keep looking! There’s plenty of gems out there waiting to be recognized.

As a INFJ I like the sound off that one, but when I think about it we might sit face in each other not speaking as we don’t have too work each other out and nothing would get done it could be boring 😂😂😂😂😂😂

I would say so. If two healthy infjs can get along so well like me and my bff then I'm sure two can be in a healthy relationship. It just depends on temperament. I actually think at this point my only chances of having the healthy mature relationship of my dreams would only happen with another INFJ. I like being single too much tho so idk
