I think exactly this is going to happen or something similar. They’re going to cause something and it’s going to make Tarkin, and other in Imperial High Command go “Ok, no more clones”
If they all have mutations that gives them superpowers and makes them better than regular clones, then why are they even called defective or called the “bad” batch? By that logic, they’re the opposite of defective, because their mutations all give them superpowers with no negative side effects. The republic should’ve tried to harvest their mutated dna to make better clones instead of isolating them and calling them “defective”.

Karen Traviss was treated too harshly by the contemporary fanbase. Ironically, she is responsible for much of the lore surrounding Clone Commandos, within the Legends continuity. She also gave us the conception of the Mandalorians, that the fans are now most familiar with. Yet, she was chastised and ostracised from writing for the Star Wars franchise.
It seems that fanbase is largely split down the middle with her. The lore she introduced was easily up there with the best of the EU authors. Though she is "controversial" I can't blame her for leaving when she did all things considered.
@@strategist40k86 That's true, the Jedi (apart from Etain & the other one) were largely absent from the bulk of those novels, but I kind of rationalized it as being down to the fact that they (omega & delta) were doing so much potentially mutinous stuff (robbing Republic credits & planning to go AWOL), & they weren't carbon-copy/by the book clones. I never found myself thinking "Where's the jedi" when I read them, even though with other Clone Wars TV & books I much preferred the jedi/sidious/maul/force stuff to the mostly clone plots.
I hope we do see them, but will they have executed order 66 or not? Do you mean that we’ll see them on the Empire’s side or on the run? Also they already have the animation models from the clone wars.

The Republic Commando books were some of THE best "The Clone Wars" era expanded universe material. Omega/Delta-squads, Kal Skirata, Krimarut, "Mando" culture, & the pair of gloves one of 'em had made out of the hide of a Kaminoan, absolutely brilliant! I can't think of ANY other clone wars books that touch them (or even come close)! I read all of them over a 2-3 day period, cos I couldn't put 'em down! It's a mystery to me why Dismay has culled so many of these brilliant, classic Star Wars novelists (Karen Traviss, James Luceno, Drew Karpyshyn, Michael Stackpole, etc) in favour of the current creative black-hole they have the insolence to call a "story" group? I can only assume that these brilliant authors didn't have the right "socially-progressive" credentials, or had the "wrong" politics, or were too talented to be able to slink under a bar that's set 2inches above the ground. I sincerely hope that, one day, Star Wars might be brilliant again, but I don't think it's gonna happen. Outside of the Mandalorian, Dismay Star Wars is a steaming pile of 💩.

I think Omega's enhancement might be that she can copy and learn skills very quickly. It's why she keeps copying Hunter (outside of just looking up to him) but also why she learned the bow in less than a day or two. Off note, I like that the Jedi told the Kaminoans to piss off and not kill 99. The Jedi value all life and they aren't going to be okay with the killing of someone who has created/born with deformities. Honestly I prefer the clones from Canon, I've seen some of the old comics with the clones in them and I thought they were jerks. The clones in canon are sympathetic and I felt bad when Order 66 happened. They loved their Jedi and then they become what they spent their lives fighting, droids.
whats neat is in one clone wars episode, i think the one with domino squad, there is a scene where hevy is getting ready to leave his squad, but 99 tells him “you cant do this to your squad.” but hevy replies with “My squad? We’re nothing but a *bad batch* ” so i thought that was interesting, hevy tells *99* that his squad is a *BAD BATCH* then in season 7 we see the *bad batch* , clone force 99

4:34 Speaking of Phase 0 Darktroopers. Month's ago I turned my StormTrooper plastic model kit into a Phase 0 model by airbushing the White Armor using Mr. Tamiya Medium Blue Paint and I also hand brush The eyes and breating mask with Red Color.
I have a theory about the last generation clones in the force unleashed 2. The terror troopers that star killer had to face i believe were clones. They were bred on kamino and probably either an unstable batch or aging clones that were augmented like the phase 0 dark troopers. The ones that fett probably killed were those same terror trooper prototypes.

I can't remember his name but one captain/Commander had blue eyes, and we've seen lighter shades of brown hair in clones like Tup and I think Cut Lequane. Hair though is tricky because they could've dyed it as a means of self-expression.
I wonder what Temuera Morrison think when half of Star Wars characters has his face. In a way, Temuera Morrison and Lucasfilms is similar when Jango Fett met Count Dooku. Lucasfilms offer Temuera a job and in return something more greater than money; a legacy. They abuse the crap out of these clones. Like it's hard enough to function as pawn's too begin. Same methods used If they clone jedi or sith would lead to critical damage of both sides of the faction. It's hard to hold your own against a army of force users.
