I’m sorry, he was LOOKED DOWN UPON for being a clone of one of the most feared and respected bounty hunters in the galaxy? ..... by regular people? HA ok 👍🏼
They were jealous because he can aim.
He wasn't though. This is EU, not The Clone Wars. Clones werent straight up recreations of jango who had chips that made them do things.
The chips are utter BS and don't exist in nearly all of the EU. Clones weren't pure either. They were subtly genetically engineered to follow orders, and also very heavily indoctrinated to follow them too. Thats why some chose not to follow order 66.
@@thelordofcringeAfter disney bought star wars they removed eu from canon, clone wars was before Disney bought star wars so yeah thd chips are canon in the eu?
SnowyTheBread Yes, the chips are canon in the EU
@@elizabest4246 I always love how often someone in these comment sections starts ranting about Disney only for someone to point out that the thing they're ranting about was in the old EU too.
I remember reading this comic and really feeling it.
Read this 24/7, never gets old.
Never seen this comic before, very cool twist
Excellent video Lore Master keep up the good work
Great content for... YOUR NEW EMPIRE!!!
Yo I love your vids man, keep up with the good work!!
11:04 I'm guessing the white background is the explosion.
Ernest Wang ripped to shreds
It’s amazing how loyal they were even to the point of denying the evil the empire was doing and continued to do
Kinda shows how even though the empire was evil it was still staffed my people
This is why I like EU better and I love the Canon for other reasons.
Uh to be very honest I like canon because it has a very big timeline
@@isaccvilla20 (Scoffs)Compared to the EU the canon is tiny.
@@ggt47 why do you say canon is tiny and 🤔🤔🤔
@@isaccvilla20 Because it is. At least compared to EU had 20+ worth of stores.
@@isaccvilla20 canon is very small compered to legends
legends have well over 80 separate stories including books stories and multiple games
while canon has a few books and the movies and thats it
He’s an imperial hero, 622 is there (think of g I joe intro song)
It's hard to believe that someone witnessed their impending doom in mere seconds of seeing a torpedo shoot down the exaust port of a major empire space station..
I remember reading this story when I attended Lone Mountain Elementary School long ago, I enjoyed it and this video has definitely brought up some memories
" The rebellion couldn't silence millions of voices".....
But the Empire could...
Hypocrisy at its finest.
These legend stories give so much depth to star wars it makes these new movies look child like in comparison.
You did well my Master
Vis Vindice!
One day the memory of the heroes of the Empire will be remembered w/ the honor they deserve.
There sacrifices are not forgotten by all.
"They can't silence a million voices"
Just like the million voices who cried out when the death star destroyed Alderaan?
Yeah, thats probably what they were trying to parallel.
And that's how cycles of violence start. "Well they killed some of our people so we killed a lot of their people!" "Well they killed a lot of our people so we killed hundreds of their people!" "Well they killed hundreds of our people so we killed thousands of their people!" It has to end somewhere dude.
@@louis8487 The only end is to never start. Those who "start" are in the wrong and must be killed. You can't tolerate intolerance.
@@Cozzolino92 How do you know if the sith or jedi started it?
@@louis8487 Star Wars books
Nicely done. Fit well into existing story line. Excellent story too. I will watch for more like it.
Great video. By the way, you haven't scrapped top ten lightsaber duels have you?
Just wow, one of the best star wars stories I've heard, well done friend
its this sort of story that makes me hate the chips idea from the CGI clone wars. it makes the clones seem too clean, too friendly, too good. they can do no wrong, and the ones who killed jedi were forced to, instead of choosing between loyalties (which is a lot sadder of a story to tell than 'i cant control myself' style stories).
now the clones are all evil because of the chips, and somehow worse shots but thats for another day, and you dont get clones like this who are still good people but just prefer the empire because its what they think is right.
I really enjoy your comic story summaries. You present them really well and it gives me a good idea of the quality of various SW comics. This is another one for my list to buy!
...as he was vaporized in the Death Star’s explosion, along with everyone, *cough cough* on board.
Damn...Star award just got deep...
This is exploring the human core of human sanity...
Gotta day I’ve always hated how they changed the clones reason for betraying the Jedi to some mind control chip. Takes away all their agency and attempts to show how loyalty to an ideal or government or anything like that can hve you betray even those close to you.
Also nice to show why people would actually support the empire rather than have them as some lame incompetent villian
Anothe rare example of why a imperial story about a loyal imperial is much more interesting than a imperial Defector that has been overdone to death
10:34 I think the artist should've put tears in his eye.
Ernest Wang naw fam. Too manly to cry
Remember he is a clone. He can't feel emotions the way "normal" human beings do.
@@niclasfrenz1871 remember boiler? Krell ordering the clones to fire upon each other?
That actual a really good story even showing the complexity of this kind of stuff irl
Even under the oppressive rule of the Empire, the surviving clones still tried to be big damn heroes... 😁
It's stories like this that really show you both sides of war, there's good people everywhere..
Kanan:Yeah empire day I love it all hail our glorious empire
thanks for this man i didnt like star wars movies to much but the comics are amazing specially the way you explain them 🙏✊🙏✊ long live this channel
Neat content. Love the stuff you put out.
Awesome story...giving us an awesome insight of what was going on as the attack went on. I am sure there are way too many other stories. Thanks for sharing this one!
Better story than the last several Star Wars movies.
I love these stories that create moral shades of grey between the rebellion and the empire.
This was one of the reasons I loved the character of Cassian in Rogue One. They provide character depth which enriches the story and experience.
THIS IS WHY LEGEND HAS ALWAYS BEEN BETTER!
Wonderful storytelling. I was so into this.
DAMN THE TECHNICIAN!
That was rough. Good story. I like how legends expands the Star Wars universe.
The Death Star will be remembered.
Thanks for the history lesson.
Makes me want to use Palpatine's revival techniques, just to show him the future. XD
I love these types of stories!!!!
He fought crime syndicates..? Like Crimson Dawn..? He clearly cud think creatively...like Kaminoan cloners promised in AOTC
What's Crimsom Dawn?
Brad Morales one of crime syndicates, was in solo movie.. others were Pykes running Kessel, the Droid Gotra I think..and others.. were in Most Wanted (solo novel by Rae Carson)
@@neilmurphy966 ok thanks.
@@neilmurphy966 this is Legends my friend. But Crimson Dawn could still be made Canon since there was only 2 comics made about Maul Post-Clone Wars and both of them were not that good. Sad as it is to say, Post-Clone Wars Maul is better than his Legends counterpart 💀
BlackShogun 27 AHH I forgot it was Legends 😉. Crimson Dawn as organizations is canon tho as was in one of the movies? But I get too involved with videos on here and forget if legends or canon 😁
That was a nice bit of EU lore. Thank you. great video.
Clones where the best worriors ever!
Human storm troopers coulnt even shoot one rebell with 30 blasters...
like in the movies... even lost against a girl (princess leya)
Star Wars literally just has the most disgusting over the top plot armor thats all
Stormtroopers on the Death Star were ordered specifically not to hit Leia and Company in order for the tracking device to reveal the location of the Rebel base.
This channel has the best stories
I accept this as canon!
if only stories like this made it to the screen. this is fantastic.
Stormtroopers can't hit a shot and look down on the best bounty hunter's clones (which murdered Jedi in their time), makes sense.
In a war there is no good or bad side you only get to see one point of view but not both sides and the people are fighting for what they believe in and that nobody should judge whether one side's ideology
Please also do the childhood of admiral yularen
He already did a video about his story.
