Root Beer Float Pie ~ No Bake ~ Cold Summer Time Dessert

Dessert Name: Root Beer Float No Bake Pie
Here is a very easy No Bake Pie to make, and it is a very idea for a cool Summer Time Dessert! It is a Root Beer Float Pie that is no bake, and chills in fridge until ready to serve. It has a great Root Beer Flavor, and combined with the Cool Whip topping, it tastes just like a Root Beer Float!
Dessert Ingredients:
-2 (8 oz.) Blocks of Cream Cheese
-1 or 2 Tubs of Cool Whip (Second one for Topping Optional)
-1 Small Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
-12 oz. Root Beer Soda
-1/4 Teaspoon Root Beer Extract
-1 Large Size Graham Cracker Crust
Dessert Instructions:
-In a mixing bowl, Place the 2 Blocks of Cream Cheese and blend until soft and smooth
-Next, add in 1 Box of Cool Whip, Vanilla Pudding Mix, Root Beer Soda, and Root Beer Extract into the bowl with Cream Cheese
-Blend All ingredients until combined well
-Scoop mixture into Graham Cracker Crust and smooth out
-Optional: Top with second Tub of Cool Whip
-Chill in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving
