It’s changing distance to empty based on driving technique. It estimates it based of the current mpg. Reset your current mpg the drive it consistently with the entire tank.
This has happened to me 2 times as well. It ended up working itself out once I restarted the vehicle. Very bizarre!
With the same 2022 tundra??

Do you hear a clunking noise on startup at all??

I'm waiting to take mine to the dealer to get it diagnosed
