I've just had outback armour installed and have a slight vibration on my MR Triton when initially setting off. Thanks for the video highlighting the fix
There's another video that someone has done with a Triton. I linked it in the information cards or the description (can't remember where) It involves a slightly different fix.
Hey mate, pretty sure it's one of the cards on the video, if you click the little "i" button it should be listed there unless the person removed their video.
@@TheBrowneTown Thanks Heaps :) Found it ! Just some info / 2020 MR Trion Old Man Emu / Needs Centre Bearing lowering 6mm (Fulcrum Susspension & Spacer :) !
My Ranger 50mm lift has some small shims fitted to centre bearing but vibration is still very bad. Is the general rule to keep spacing it until vibration gone??
It can be over-spaced as well. It's a bit more complicated than I have shown here but this is the basic starting point. I'm not a driveline expert either but these kits do come out with the goal of having a straight driveshaft.
Thanks for a simple fix,, well done, all without the useless chatter that some get up to,,, Thanks again

No dramas
The triton has a big piece of metal stopping the centre bearing from dropping though so this same method wouldn't work?

Howdy / Would you happen to have the link for the “different” MR Triton fix at all ? Please and thanks :)

Thank you i need to get this done.
There's a few different kits around depending on your make of car. Shouldn't be too expensive at all.
