    I just found your channel. Ive own 7 3-5th gens Camaros 2 c4 Corvettes since 14 years old. My buddy had the fastest lt1 car in my city that's how we meet. But when I out ran him with my cam only ls 2000 z28 mist teal green flip flop t56 car. He went an got a 99 ls trans am. Lt1s make good power but the Ls is just so superior like the new Lts Gm cm out with new engines for a reason. I don't get people who claim to be Gm but hate on Ls. You either update or get left behind. I do agree not enough respect is put on the OG lt1 cars. Both are good both will have already become high value cars. Thanks for rep Gm Camaros we need channels like this one. I will sup . Gm ls lt FTW

      Lt1 is easy to run nitrous on since it’s a iron block it makes crazy power and parts are cheap I haven’t had any ls 4th gen ever beat me that was n/a or on the same jet size

    Month ago I bought a fully loaded red 2002 35th Anni Z28 6 speed. With 17000 original miles off the original owner. (I remember when he bought it new)
    It's been garage kept it's whole life. (with 3 other Camaros and a few Vettes). Car is in perfect showroom time capsule condition.
    Bonus is the intercooled supercharger, longtube headers, Borla exhaust and Hotchkis suspension. It's a sleeper, car looks totaly stock. I don't even want to say the deal I got on it. Wasn't looking for one but the guy just asked me one day if I want it. Wasn't advertised he didn't want to sell it to a stranger. He said make me a ridiculous offer so I did and he said deal ! I love it. Took it on a 1500mile road trip had no issues at all. It also looks great in the garage parked next to the red 91' Z28 1LE I bought 30 years ago.

    Good content. I'm a Camaro guy for life! I have owned several. When they stop building 6th Gens in a year or so, these 4th Gens are going to increase in value. Since September of 2021, I've looked at "Bring A Trailer" and watched 5 or 6 clean 4th gen models sell for $20-30k. Here's my personal history: 1973 Type LT; 1984 Z28 5.0 H.O that I factory ordered with 4 wheel disc brakes, 5 spd, No- T-tops; 1969 RS/SS with 350; 1996 sport coupe with 3.8 V6 and 5 spd; and two 1979 Z28, (My favorite 2001 Camaro SS, NBM, T-tops, 6M, CME since 2003), and 2018 Camaro SS, which I kept for 4 months and sold due to back injuries, and bought a Charger HC.

    Amazing me and you have the exact same opinions on 4th gen Camaros. Love the frontend of the 93 - 97 Camaro. I think the 93 indy pace car is awesome. Picked up a 97 Camaro RS and dropped in lq4.

  • @irocvert8728
    @irocvert8728 2 года назад +1

    Nice to hear similar opinion... I always preferred the 93-97 face. The 98-02 has grown on me and I think with customization they can look super mean, but the early 4th gens have a great look...
    I just picked up a 1997 SS 6-speed... It has the 310hp so it’s only has 10 less hp than the 1998 LS1 SS... I love the LT motor as well... It’s one of the most fun cars I’ve ever driven... It’s like a life-size toy car...
    I believe these cars are right where the IROCs were in the early 2000s. No one is really thinking about them so sellers have to entice buyers with low prices. I think they already hit bottom and are creeping up but with support. Now is the time to grab one!
    I think the 4th Gen WS6 Firebirds will be worth more but the SS cars will be right behind them... Once the cars are classic looks become more important than a few horsepower and tuneability so maybe those 96-97 SS cars will be winners!

    I picked up a bone stock (aside from some old Flowmaster catback and C5 Vette wheels) '96 Z28 awhile back. 76k miles, paint's in nice shape, leather's in good shape, had new tires, new-ish clutch; all it needed was an intake manifold gasket. Got the car for about $4500; it's got 81k on it now and it's been great.
    I looked at some LS1 Z28s, but similar condition and mileage ones were 3-4 times the money; I'd rather put an LS1 in an early car than buy a Catfish lol. But honestly, I really like the LT1. I'm going to do the 0411 PCM swap soon, just to make tuning easier and to avoid any potential Optispark issues... but I mean, I never had Optispark issues in my C4 or my Roadmaster. 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Great video. nice to see a young guy with appreciation for the Camaros in General. I Bought a absolutely mint 94 z t-top auto full load this spring. Never winter driven, 1 owner car low km. Show's as new. I paid $10,750 Canadian. It would sell tomorrow for $16,000 - $17,000. I love this thing and will only sell it if I need a kidney transplant or Brain transplant.

    Hi, I just bought a '95 Z28/LT1 convertible. It's body and paint are perfect with exceptional leather interior. It has a lot of SLP upgrades like hood, trunk, exhaust, suspension and the T56 6 spd manual. The car has just under 100,000 and I bought it for $5000. It drives like a dream and very responsive. The car gets scratch even in fourth gear. Was it a deal? I wish I could post pics of it
