How to make my Cajun potato salad using potatoes from any seafood boil. And no worries, if you haven’t had a boil- I’m going to show you how to get those type of potatoes in this video!

The best potato salad is made w left overs from the Boils! Yours looks good. Live it made fresh. Kind of warm. Gave to make it while potatoes are hot. The Mayo absorbs brewer in potatoes. Otherwise can get watery. Delish!!

Great recipe.....so happy to see unpeeled red potatoes & dill pickle relish. If youre feeling festive add one avocado peeled & chopped finely - (Sprinkle with lemon)....gives salad a healthy taste....its also a good replacement for people with egg allergies Top with bacon chips & avocado slices

Dude you are turning out some damn god looking food! I’m trying this recipe this summer up here in MN. People up here cant handle too much spice. Did you let the potato’s soak up the seasoning like you do with the crawfish? I’m also doing my first crawfish boil this summer too. Can’t wait! Great video man.

We got reg and spicy at almost any racetrack gas station down in Louisiana and they are banging you can also buy them at the grocery store in cans same as what you can get at racetrack
