I find it sweet that your mayo recipe is the same recipe that my 90 year old mother has used for our whole lives. If you take out the relish you can use that same recipe for the dressing in coleslaw. And if you don’t have lemons you can always use a little bit of white vinegar. I know that’s not a cool substitution but it still works. I don’t know if it’s the same in the states but here in Canada you can buy the cabbage and everything already cut up in a bag and then you put your own dressing on it and this is the dressing that my mother has used forever.

My mother made a cold shrimp salad with cucumbers and tomatoes from the garden. It was great with French dressing, served with Ritz crackers and a glass of sweet tea.
Amazing, as always! In SWFL crab and lobster meat is still high. But it’s a great place to live - you pay for it. Absolutely love your approach to all cooking. Everything I’ve attempted to replicate has been awesome thanks to your creativity.
looks incredible 👌🏼 to be frank this dish looks heavy enough to be a main dish 👌🏼 my mother usually makes tinned tuna into a salad with macaroni and hard boiled eggs. this seems like an excellent idea to use chilled shrimp, lump crab and lobster with macaroni. perfect for a warm day and a cookout even though I’d also eat it on a chilly winter day. greetings from CA. another excellent recipe and video from u.

Just made this salad, I blew them away. This was room of picky eating adults. I was worried about the lemon. But the seasons with the sugar balanced it out. Its like when you put a pinch of sugar in your spaghetti sauce. We Love it, its a meal by itself. I suggest paying with Caipirinha or a mojita.

I am really interested in ways to spend say an entire weekend prepping and freezing portioned proteins etc and then having a simple dinner by just grabbing parts from the freezer. Looks good. I wouldn't sautee the veggies a lil to take the rawness off and to soften them.
I make this all the time, things that i do differently is I use red onion, and Old Bay, it's a Maryland thing, lol. It is delish.
