Just made this used chicken with the shrimp. Could not find the lobster base so, I washed the shrimp shells and cooked them in a little water. Poured the water into the pink sauce. The pink is so delicious. Thank you. This will definitely be a regular dish.
Now this looks so mighty delicious!! Grateful is so low on calorie intake, & fattening for thy taste buds!! That’s a balance all the way! My grandkiddo’s & kids will love this one!!

Coming from Oakley, CA. Made this recipe today & it is HELLA good. It was a tad salty (for my taste) next time I will use unsalted butter, and cut out as much salt ahead of time & no cheese on the sauce. Thank You so much😊
