Sorry I’m three months late but just hold the power button on your Xbox til it turns off then turn it on with the Xbox button to your controller or use a usb connection

The button with the 3 lines isn't working on my controller and it literally just now stopped working 2-3 days ago, I resetted it like this and another vid said but did nothing at all, I updated my controller didn't really make it work, Idk if It's bc It's actually an Xbox one controller and I've had it since 2019-2018 but It's weird how it just stopped working, I was on the game and it was working fine than boom I went back and it stopped randomly it isn't sticking, or dirty in fact I just now cleaned it, It's really bugging me out
