I had a problem with my timecutter too and thought it was fuel pump but it turned out being the fuel line had air in it. So you might make sure you are getting fuel to the fuel pump first.
This could have been a great video was exactly what i needed to see but couldnt see well enough. Raising seat and removing tank cover we could have seen what you were doing and light would help then it would have been GREAT video. But to me LOW quality. I will not subscribe to it.
