For those who couldnt find the stable version, i just downloaded the staging version ,and moved on. and it worked
There seems to be two staging versions though
I think it's because everything past 9.0 (what's in the video) is in development. If you scroll down a bit, you can find and use the stable version of 9.0.

PS When I right-click on a downloaded .exe file and attempt to open it with Wine Stable 9.0, it doesn't open either. Could someone explain why this is happening and help me out, please?

I had a question I tried to install steam, but then when it opens it, it opens it on the dock and it says wine preload because I already installed steam and still it says wine preorder, and the thing is it’s not even showing in the login page is like invisible or just not just showing up then I have to force quit it cause it’s not getting closed. Is there anysolution for that

I believe I need to do this in order to enable WoW64 to be able to run 32-bit applications. Could you or someone please help me out with this? Thanks.

For those who are unable to open it as apple has not registered it as an identified developer or something, go to privacy and security in settings, scroll all the way down, there should be an option to open it anyway
Thanks this was a life saver! For anyone who sees this, it's under Security -> Allow applications downloaded from -> Change it to just 'App Store' and it should work!

Its maybe because you haven't gave the permission to wine. Just go in the security option and scroll down
No joy for me. Been trying to run FORScan from my MAC, first through WINE/UBUNTU and didn't work, then installed WINE per the above and whenever I click the desktop icon the MAC window (choose application to open program) appears. I'm prepping for a four month Overland trip and wanted the ability to troubleshoot/correct any error codes on my truck. I have an old Windows laptop but I was trying to get it to work on my MAC, my main laptop.

@@joeljerome9909 if you scroll down to version 9.0, it should be there! It just takes scrolling for a minute loll - 9.7 kinda looks like the end of the page, but it goes all the way back down :) hope this helps!
hi, the stable version seems to be disappearing from the page with your link, only the developer and staging version are available. Any solutions please

Scroll down the page and locate release 9.0, then locate Assets for 9.0 and click to expand. Stable dowload is right there. V9.1 and 9.2 do not have stable releases.

Go to ur browser search up the issue look around until ut dead inside then make a forum post and give them every piece of info so u can get help more than "it not wok"

if you don't see the stable version, that's because the version is not ready for stable release yet. it is still in development. if you don't see the stable version, download the staging version.
