Another great video. Very informative. I tried the long skinny Rapala’s when I first over here from Ohio with not much success, so perhaps I need to give it another try. Thanks for taking the time to make such great video’s.
Great job. I’m always looking for new ways to cook these fish. I also fish in that area- I’m a few miles down river . Hope to see you out on the water.
Again, I really sorry brother that I missed this message! What part of upstate New York are you from? I grew up in a town called Unadilla near Oneonta. It’s between Albany and Binghamton. But I also spent a lot of time in Western New York near Rochester. Fishing is awesome too! Just very different than here. The nice thing is when you have years of experience there the transfers fairly well to the Fishing here if you’re willing to put the work in .
I am anxious to try your recipe. I find the trout to always be a bit fishy tasting no matter what I do. Does this method of boiling in lemon sugar water mask or eliminate the fishy taste? Thanks
