The step counter in this video is fast. My phone and FitBit both showed less than 5000 steps and I was going faster than Yana. In addition when she did exercises with her arms static I was doing those exercises doing fly's with my arms constantly moving which adds more steps to the counter and burns more calories too. In her other videos the step counter is pretty accurate.
My phone in my pocket counted about 3000 steps and I did not stop stepping even during ads😂 I did not expect to sweat this much! Great workout for a stay at home mom I will do this video twice to make sure I’m getting my steps in for the day.

Love these workouts! Short enough to do when I get home from work. I actually hold pair of 1 kg weights while doing this workout, to add more difficulty and tone my arms and back, which is my weak area.

I exercised using this workout after one hour from lunch time so my figures may have been affected by this. Steps: 3776; Calories 227; Average BPM: 112; Fat Burn: 93% . I will repeat this workout in the morning before lunch to see how this data will change.

I won’t say this is a bad workout, but ever consider integrity in step counting? I did not miss a step and even walked fast during the breaks and commercials and only got 3,582 steps. This is grossly overrated on the step count. Do you realize people chose workouts based on length of time and number of steps? Really fabricated number of steps. You can see the clock advance without a step taking place. You may want to reconsider how you advertise your workouts. For me I won’t do any more of your workouts since I have validated with three different workout by you that the number of steps advertised are misrepresented.

I will try Allblance and Olivia. Have you tried Walk of Life? Their step count is very accurate and usually they underestimate rather than overestimate.
This is the comment I was looking for. Her 3000 steps video is almost accurate but this is widely off and I am very annoyed for being misled. When you have limited time, you want to maximize anything you need to do.
Please note, some smart devices don't count some of the moves as a step. Single leg jack for example so it might be worth testing to see if yours does.
