    Hi EllyMae, Thank you for a great video, I have up graded to business edition about 16 months ago and I was running 4.1 and I didn't have all the extras on the left side , so now I am running 4.3 and have the extras to play with, so this video was great I have learnt few things that I have not used before, I think silhouette studio is a fantastic program, I love playing with it and creating with my portrait 1.       You should be able to apply the same technique to create a lace cut out! Sounds fun!

    Brilliant! I am definitely going to try this. The one thing that always confuses me is compound path so need to get to grips with that but this looks such a fun way to make a unique card, thanks

      You aren't alone. Compound Paths are one of the hardest things for most users to grasp.

    Question, What kind of paper will you use to mak the actual card? And Would you put the paper on a adhesive cutting mat?

      I use 65 lb Recollections cardstock the most when making paper projects. Yes, I use an adhesive cutting mat.
