    Great tutorial! Quick question- I’m able to follow along and do everything just like you did it worked great but I’m trying to do this for sublimation and when I go to print there a quarter inch white space between my 2 sheets. It is clearly the space outside of the show print boarder box . Can I fix this??

    • @DesignBundles
      @DesignBundles  3 года назад

      Hey JB, I don't think I've experienced this before. The print border box should only affect your actual printing from the software, not saving as an image (JPEG PNG). Are you printing the pattern or saving it? That might be the answer, save it as an image (Business Edition required) and then print? Hope this helps! ---Becky

    • @JB-yy3vt
      @JB-yy3vt 3 года назад

      @@DesignBundles i think this may be my problem. I did save it as a jpeg but I also did print it from the software. After I saved it I went to merge and opened my saved pattern on a new project page then printed it. I’ll try that.

    Thanks so much for all of your Silhouette Studio videos - they are really helpful! I am really struggling with making a repeated pattern without grid lines that functions properly in Cricut Design Space - I am having some really strange results when I try to bring the png image I create in Silhouette Studio to Cricut Design Space to slice with a mug template. Basically I am making a repeated pattern in Silhouette Studio - many times the pattern will show join lines (not even all the join lines - maybe 60% of them). Some of the time I am saving my repeated pattern in Silhouette as a pattern and then using that pattern to fill a rectangle (other times I just repeat the tile like you did here but I always see grid lines). I save the rectangle as a png and then upload to Cricut DS and try to slice it with a mug template. The slice is so bizarre! Rather than just slicing the rectangle, it will also slice out all of the images of the pattern. Other times, it will slice out the join lines that are showing. I am totally stumped! Do you have any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can give!

    • @DesignBundles
      @DesignBundles  2 года назад

      Are you able to slice it in Silhouette instead of using Cricut's slice tool? Many times Cricut will recognize each individual piece rather than the whole PNG as one image.

      @@DesignBundles Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I thought I was going insane. Why does my design alway say low resolution even when I use silhouette studio applications...even simple texts with different fonts. Same for creating an images?

    • @DesignBundles
      @DesignBundles  3 года назад

      Hey Laurie, the low resolution warning usually means that there is an image on the board that is not at optimal quality. I have this pop up from time to time, even when my print quality is fine. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you are seeing a decline in your print quality or you are trying to enlarge the image a great deal. Hope this helps! ---Becky

      @@DesignBundles thank you so much for your reply! So when I press print preview my lines don’t match up most of the time so it causes the images to look choppy at any size. And when the images is printed you can see the choppiness in the image. I even tried changing the dpi to 300 and changed another setting in the advanced option like one of the apps suggested. I just want clear images am I doing something else wrong?
