Born in 1940, Peter ran a theater in northern Wales, apparently fixating on Jason Voorhies from the F13 movie series. He murdered and mutilated 4 men in 1995, the bodies found near small rural towns.
He was sentenced to life imprisonment in 1996. No victims beyond the 4 he admitted have been suggested by police.

Despicable. And he is protesting his life sentence from court to court (just like other serial killers), invoking the human rights that none of his victims had at his hands.
For the last 5 or 6 years I've been watching all I can find on serial killers and everyone has the potential for murder but no one is born to kill
