I have to agree. BW generally care about shape, namely booty. I got over that. I’m back to being 130’ish lbs with no booty and love it.

Right, and I never understood why most BW worry about loosing to much of their butt and hips....... it's stupid to me, you need to focus on your HEALTH is what I think. I'd rather be in shape with barely butt and hips than have butt and hips and be out of shape. BW, stop normalizing being obese/being overweight, it's just not good.

Interesting. My wife is 60 years old and goes to the gym everyday for one hour. It doesn't take 3 to 4 hours. I work a job and run a business and still manage to squeeze in that hour. It's all about the mindset and what you want. I'm proud to see my wife taking pride in keeping herself in shape and healthy. She is in the medical field and she sees it all. My job I have put me right into the public's eye. Our black women have to do better. It's not just the older ones but the younger ones as well. It's all about what you want. You don't necessarily have to have a six pack. Just don't have the stomach that rolls over hiding things. My wife doesn't have a six pack but she doesn't have a stomach neither. She used to be overweight until she decided not to be.

Intermittent Fasting and low carb is the key to weight loss. Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Miss you are really saying a lot but that is the key to loss weight. If you are a woman and weight over 200lbs you are too big.

There are a lot of misconceptions in this video, and I mean no disrespect saying that...but hope you will listen
1- You do not need to exercise 3-4 hours a day to stay fit, and tbh it would mess up your metabolism if you over-exercise
2- Being overweight does not always impact one's endurance or brute strength (see sumo wrestlers, strongmen/women or olympic powerlifters)
3- Obesity and being overweight is denegerative, meaning the excess body weight will strain your body overtime, even if you have endurance and brute strength. This is why we don't see many overweight 20-somethings with diabetes, until they hit 40. (tho this year, a 25 year old is on tiktok explaining how obesity led to ovarian cancer). Even sumowrestlers have a -10 year life expectancy despite being strong, musclar and fat.
4- You do not need a 6 pack to be heallthy, in fact, a 6 pack requires a body fat percentage under 10% which is harmful for women
5- Weight loss is not only about exercise, its a game of manipulating your metabolism. The two biggest factors affecting metabolism is diet and exercise. However other hormonal factors like sleep, stress, sunlight, gut health can play a contributing role.
6- Please consult a personal trainer if you are struggling with weight loss and do whatever they tell you. Working with my trainer has been eye-opening in all of the mistakes I made in calorie counting and training.

Weight matters: but I say body fat matters most.
Underweight or less than 10% body fat makes your face look unattractive. When a woman has 30% body fat it makes her face looks ten years older.
Sum women breast or booty look good at 240lbs...but at 135lbs her entire body looks better with out clothes. An her face looks fine fine.
Your face changes massively with weight gain.

What you eat is more important than exercise, that's why people doing keto lose weight and don't have to workout much. No offense but women don't prioritize protein intake. You mentioned Beyonce losing weight and not having a 6 pack. Abs are muscles like biceps, triceps, pecks. You have to work and build ab muscles. You don't get a 6 pack when you lose weight. Black people in general need to learn difference between losing weight and losing fat buy workout and diet need to match

I'm a former athlete,my biggest problem was gaining weight. if I was consistent with the workout I could gain weight. It was the food I ate that determine how fast or slow I could gain weight. Some people have to work harder to put on or take off weight (tall people vs. smaller people + DNA) but it's a mind set that people have to develop and be aware of the (+) /(-) environment that they are constantly exposed to. Like Dr Myles Monroe says, you are what you think about.

Fat is Fat my sister. 🧑 I’ve dated overweight women in the past and didn’t have a major problem with it.
    I couldn’t get serious about an overweight woman. I’m 5-10 160lbs.
In the past many of my women friends teased me about weighting myself in the morning (base weight) and in the evening. But it had worked for me. 32” waist at 76 years old. There are men in their 20’s who don’t have a waist that size. If I’m 2-4 lbs more than what I’m comfortable with I make sure to do whatever it takes to get it off.

The scale needs to matter more. What may look ok at age 26 is not gonna look good at 40, and guys take that into account. ...although many black guys will be ok with women above thick, trust me, we would love our women to weigh less than us.
....and it's almost a guarantee that a woman who weighs X at age 23 is gonna wrigh X+40 at age 33 (more with kids), so if she's 180 right out of college, it does not bode well for the future.
