    I am a personal trainer 💪🏾 and I have to CONSTANTLY tell clients that what they see majority of the time isn’t real. They think that if they do weight training that they will look like these instagram chicks. Ladies... you will look like the better version of yourself. You will definitely build muscle, but it won't look like that😂. Genetics, training, and your nutrition play a HUGE role in determining your shape.

      @@michellepreston9799 Naaa. You start eating heavily and not doing anything and you'll see how quickly your "Genetics" go out the window. Especially when you get over 30 and when you have kids. Sis lets not give people excuses to just give up. I have seen countless ladies in Latin America of every race change their body through exercise and let me tell you that the ladies with the African genes have the craziest results and they stay in the gym.
      I don't think there is any super race but us blacks react VERY well to weights and the right diet and we just waste it because we are lazy. #Gym culture.

      ~ Hope is just as bad, if not worse than dope.
      It is an empty process.
      Having “hope” is believing in fantasy.
      I have faith, that the remnants of once proud Black communities will be reduced to ash.
      I also do believe that the next generation will forge ahead and make “new” communities ~ but “Hope” is that thing that was remaining in Pandora’s box. Just “Hope” after all the ills were released into the world.
      The Pandora’s box analogy is what comes to mind when I think of what’s remaining of “Black” communities (my personal belief is that that the “community “ exist only online~ but I digress)
      Hope is a slap in the face to reality, reality suggests that hope is worthless and laughs and mocks Hope.
      I understand that your comment wasn’t “.that deep” but it’s something that is irksome about the “Hope” mentality ~ we can hope all we want but hope is like faith without works, praying and not believing in God. Hope is akin to creationism versus evolution. We have much evidence on one, (creationism as nothing non living has never created life and it’s never been scientifically proven) while the other (evolution) is just a theory, a hypothesis on life evolving from nothing. Hope is alchemy! Lol! It isn’t real and it’s not rooted in anything tangible.

      But she tried her best. She did hours of hip roles. And diet just made the top smaller.

    This is Carribean culture specifically if you look at carnival and other festivals from those countries that entertainers like cardi b, Nicki Minaj and even the men like Luke from 2 live crew hail from, the reason why we never saw such behavior in the spotlight is because in traditional southern pre civil rights era black culture it was kept in the basement or club where it belong. After the civil rights and immigration bills were passed in 1965 many Carribean people migrated in mass to places like Miami Florida and New York and now we have it more so in our faces. Many of you are not looking at people’s cultural backgrounds and just lumping everyone into the term “black” but look at their flags on Social media or research and you will see more than often they are from outside of southern black culture.

      That influx of this 'Caribbean culture' also permeated black African societies starting in the 90s. The black American(gangsta/hiphop culture) was also making waves in Africa then.(Previously the black american 'Jazz' and civil rights movement culture and the afro-Caribbean rhumba culture was the norm in urban African societies) Today this 'urban' culture is mostly in entertainment and urban slums or ghettos in Africa. And even in those communities it doesnt go beyond teens and young adults. African communities also have their own old traditional 'ratchet cultures' but these are kept tight behind closed doors as you say....we see alot of these 'african traditional ratchetness' in much of that Caribbean and afro American culture thats why many here can relate lol

    There’s so much cap from many of the men in the comments section. Most of you don’t date for substance. You choose women who look a certain way then hope she’s good to you. Even if she’s not good to you, you keep her to boost your self esteem and feel validated by your boys.
    The reason women go get work like this done is because they want the attention you guys give women with the BBL look. I would never risk my life and future legacy by modifying my body for the male gaze or to be chosen by a man. Those women may increase their options but at the end of the day, most of you cheat.
    There’s no prize to be won for those women either. Women are unknowingly sharing their men regardless of their booty size, her physical appeal, her wifely qualities, cooperation, femininity, her acrobatic talents in the bedroom and whatever else men claim they want. Ladies, it’s not worth the risk…most men are loyal to two things: themselves and their desires. Also they won’t risk their life in this matter to appeal to women. We should be more like them in this regard. Learn to value your life and your legacy.

      There's literally a man saying a black woman is masculine if she has short NATURAL hair, not straight, but NATURAL type 4 hair which is texturist. By that logic, I guess Nicki Minaj would be considered a feminine woman (her natural hair is long) even though she displays many masculine personality traits. They are superficial and confused. The length of a woman's hair doesn't determine her femininity or her substance.

However, you can get close to that by working out and dieting. It won't be exactly the same but it can be done and within your genetics and look good. And this is why many women do it to get the attention. Most men I hang out with, grew up with etc (most of them were and are football players, coaches, business men) they said it’s cool to look at but when you are feeling a woman all of that is not necessary. Of course they want to be attracted to their wives or the women they are in relationships with but having a huge butt you can sit a cup on isn’t necessary to get a man’s attention.

    Wellington's decision to retain some of the "butt shots" that she travelled out of the country to remove speaks volumes.
    (1) She knows that the original _"procedure"_ has put her health at risk. So she takes an additional risk to get the silicone removed.
    (2) In spite of the extra risk of removing the silicone, she refuses to have it all removed, *_thus negating any potential benefit of having it removed in the first place._*
    (3) She's having some of it retained for aesthetic reasons, instead of doing squats and resistance training to achieve the best possible natural results.
    She's a multimillionaire, so she can certainly afford a personal trainer (or team of trainers) and a chef/nutritionist to help her get there naturally...shortcut much?
    (4) In so doing she is consciously choosing to allow the principal component of *BEACH SAND* to remain in her body after making her fortune selling "health products."
    (5) She is doing this to be aesthetically pleasing *_to whom?_* To men? Which ones? To women? Certainly not "just for herself," because true self love would cause her to prioritize self-preservation over aesthetics.

    I live in Atl which is ground zero for the surgically enhanced IG model types and I'll say this. A woman's beauty is her social capital. Personally, I've been allowed to penetrate spaces outside the urban community due to desirability politics (I'm tall, lean, w/delicate features and dark skin). These surgeries are especially popular in the BC because curves and a voluptuous backside is the standard of beauty in black spaces and elevates your lifestyle in a positive way. If it didn't so many women wouldn't be risking their lives to do it.
    I've seen it and not hating on it. Being curvy and beautiful in general is a hustle for many of these ladies. I've seen women who were overlooked fly over to Columbia and come back living the high life because they were now seen as desirable and more successful to the men they were trying to attract. Would I get plastic surgery? No but then again I'm happy with the way I look naturally and know I'm privileged meaning I know society views me as conventionally attractive already. Diet/exercise can only take you so far is you're not conventionally attractive.
    Hell, even animals go for the strongest and most aesthetically pleasing because it shows strong genes to continue their bloodline. It's a primal instinct. When people find you attractive, you're treated better and life is easier in a lot of ways (harsh truth). Ex. People who have been overweight, lost the extra lbs, and compare their lives before & after. I say if you're gonna take the risk, do lots of research and don't cut corners as far as cost. To each their own.

    First, I want to say thank you for your content!
    What I don’t understand is what happen to embracing your age and feeling fortunate to be older. I grew up in a very rural area, only 2 red lights. The older folks always taught us it was a privilege to get older and with older comes changes in your body. I feel like all of this is because people want to look and feel younger and that time has passed. I’ll be 40 my next birthday and don’t even want to do the things I did in my 20s.
    But I guess I have seen similar things among men as well. I played football in high school and college and men took PEDs (performance enhancing drugs) to become stronger and faster. So I kinda understand the wanting to look a certain way for a certain reason. But I just don’t get the people who want the look just to have it.
    Personally I want my woman to look her age. I feel she is more comfortable with who she is and I know as we get older we gonna eventually have health problems, I don’t either of us making our bodies worse for an aesthetic look.

    • @KFontLab
      @KFontLab Год назад +1

      I have seen 40 year olds and 50 year olds that are gorgeous. I think one of those problems is we keep pushing that 40 is old when it really isn’t. There are women who are 40+ and you wouldn’t even know it because they age well.
      I don’t know any woman between 40-60 that want go back to their 20s. Many will say they feel healthier, better, and wiser about their lives. Life is about growth and the journey but based on social media standards it has changed drastically. Again it’s social media not the real world. I thing we have to look at what is really being pushed social media wise and what’s really happening in the world.
      Aging and or aging well has to do with genetics and how well you care for your health and body, but we all will get older.

    There's a lot of beautiful - physically - black women and they NEED ZERO modification to their bodies: All they need is fitness regime and their naturally good genetics would do the rest...
    The problem with many of these women is not physical (the fact there's some women who think they need surgery is suggestive of the REAL problem). And yes it's obvious: The problem in many black women is their primitive mentality:
    * Self-Conceit (unable to self-reflect and improve)
    * Over-Weening Ego (delusional self-expectations)
    * Narcissism (destructive to others around them)
    * Stupidity mixed with Aggression (a complete lack of femininity)
    In a word: These black women have not worked on improving their internal CHARACTER. They were blessed with a good hand from Mother Nature and they totally squander it. With that said, I've met, talked to, interacted with some black women who were religious and all I can say about those ladies: "God Smiled Upon Them In Every Which Way."
    Bear in mind I'm not religious myself: These ladies had worked on completing themselves as elevated people who will end up producing children who are successful and happy and functional in a society.

You've touched on it before, and I've expressed my thoughts but I still can't process how a lot of women just don't get that they're trying to emulate a fantasy on an everyday basis. A fantasy is something fantastic, wondrously imaginative or unreal. And to be somehow convinced that contouring your body (putting your life at risk) to make yourself sexually desirable (absent of the qualities that men desire) will translate to making you relationally desirable is a fantasy in and of itself.

Her body is all bought none of it is real, and she had to tell everyone that her butt was fake because like Nikki it was to obvious you cant go from being flat to having 40 plus inch butt she told she had surgery because there was no other way. She became the millionaire because she is at the top of the pyramid scheme and got followers based on a flashy life style and people hopping they could one day be there.

I told I did several things which include bicycles. i asked if she did bicycles. She didn't know what the hell I was talking about. I knew from enough online body shaping videos that there was no way you could have a tummy like hers and not know what the bicycles exercise was if you were at all doing the work yourself. I concluded she was make regular visits to a doctor.

    I'll never understand why women fantasize about each other like that. Guys don't try to break their back and their bank to go get surgery to look like another guy. If they do, somethings wrong mentally. Once women start feeling love for themselves, like most men do, they will stop having these surgeries and cause those doctors to go out of business. Self love is the main goal and the 🔑. 💯

    My mother was ill. She had a personal support worker come in every day. Dozens over the years. Every woman who was black spent major money on hair, nails, other beauty stuff. All the other ladies, from all around the world, did not. Easily thousands of dollars a year. One lady told me... "Hair is very important to a black woman." They could be from Nigeria, USA, Caribbean, Congo, Uganda ... They all spent a major part of their income on beautifying themselves. It amazed me how many styles of hair a person could have, every few weeks a $300+ hair do. (the Nigerian) They were all, to a person, very nice ladies and great to sit and talk with.

      @suziepickes702 you need to get out of your emotions. Where does it say you can't do what you want with your money? This lady in her 50s told me that weave didn't get popular until the 80s. She said the hair style back in the day was something called the mushroom. She also told me she does hair. All together, this female spent $300. The question is, why can't you spend that money on taking care of your natural hair? If you have naturally short hair, you can style it, and you can buy natural products that will help you grow it. Help me understand the need for all the fake hair, the long braids. Are you looking for attention? Every woman has their own reason why they do what they do. But if it's for attention, we are not asking you to do that.

    Nneka C. Onyilofor I agreed with everything in your video for the exception of your Aaliyah analogy. Aaliyah had an athletic body, she also paid her dues in the gym and dance studio to possess that flat stomach. Encouraging heavier women to just be happy with a fat stomach is not the way, we should be encouraging our women and men to exercise and eat right. I'm not saying every woman would have a stomach exactly like Aaliyah's, but you definitely have a better chance at getting there with proper exercise and a good nutritional diet.

I did consultations for a simple tummy tuck and all the surgeons literally tried to up-sell additional procedures. They all lost the sale because that's not caring for my health or mental health, that's caring solely about your wallet. I never did the procedure. I guess I'll just keep wearing my blouse outside my pants or accept my little bulge. 😂😂

    One of the natural advantages black women had with their image was a naturally great rear end. Then, they went out and ruined it with dangerous procedures that make them look like caricatures. Procedures and looks that men say they don't want them to get. Procedures women say they don't care what men want, they do these things for themselves. Then, when the procedures produce horrific results, the women blame men and THEIR unreasonable beauty standards. Really?!?! Men don't want the weaves, the baby hair, those rodent eyelashes, tattoos, ridiculous nails, pumped up asses, tons of makeup, or seeing you hanging out of your clothes. But these same women say they want honesty in their man. They want high value men while acting low rent. The women are now being misidentified as strippers or trans due to all of this. And they have the nerve to be upset. As DJ Khalid says, "Congratulations, you played yourself."

    Nneka, This is a real insightful video. Thank You for sharing. If I may add, I think the Fear of Aging also plays a hand in BW getting these procedures done especially for those who are single with children. One of my former classmates who followed me is who she calls an influencer, she is also a single mother and she still dresses like a 20 year old, midriffs, hiphugger jeans, miniskirts etc etc.
    These women honestly believe that nothing has changed after having kids. They just refuse to grow up and put on some clothes.
