Women must think long term, because eventually they will have to live on the income that they have saved and invested. Beauty fades. I know women in the 65-85 cohort who did not save or invest. Neither does she have peace. The frequency, the variety, and the increasing level of self-degradation of the antics she engages in precludes it. I hope the bargain was worth it to her, though I doubt it.
