Love your creativity How about making meringues w an offset palette knife in the shape of flat tongues (like half melba toasts) & then once dry topping them w your delish canolli filling sprinkled w pustachio slivers.....

I love you were fearless in making this meringue … would make me think it would not work out because of all the extra fluid being added to the egg whites!! Can not wait to make this!

yes, any sweetener can be used. I an only use xylitol as a granular sweetener

Same here. Stopped trying to make the PSMF bread as well. Ketoserts has a similar recipie that uses some coconut flour ... I haven't tried it yet.
What is the temperature for the cookies? Oven and dehydrator.
200 F for the cookies in the oven. 165 F for the dehydrator
Why would you need to dehydrate the rice crispy treats at all?

I am not sure but probably. I have only used Boca Sweet once so I am not that familiar with it
