    Why I love your videos: (1) You don't talk. Too many cooking videos could be 5 minutes long but end up being 20 minutes because the presenter over talks, over explains, goes off on tangents, etc.; (2) The music is so relaxing and a perfect accompaniment for your movements; (3) You make the dessert look SO easy! You have confidence in your movements yet don't go too fast or too slow but just right. And last but not least, (4) Everything I've tried from your channel has been exquisite!!!!

      Agree! The music is horrible on some. Then the music blasts so you have to turn. Down the volume then the video talks and now you can’t hear. I love this site!

    Just made this and had two pieces. I enjoyed it with fresh strawberries. Amazing! I didn't have a jelly pan, only a cookie sheet and the batter came out like thin cake batter so I thought I was doomed. I was not. The roll came out looking just like your video. Thank you for sharing your amazing talent and beautiful videos!

    Wow. How timely. I had a failed attempt at making swiss roll today using some recipe on internet. I was wondering I need better recipe and within 5 minutes this video popped when I logged into RUclips. You have shown lots of details. I will give it a try next weekend.

    Tried it last night and it worked! It tasted really good! The hardest part, was waiting for it to set for an hour in the fridge! Wow, this will be my go to recipe as a base. Thank you for keeping the videos simple and direct to the point. :)

    I made it again and it did work ! Perfectly ! However I doubled the cream and put a bit less monkfruit sweetener . Will post pictures on Instagram!! We ate the previous one as “ mom’s lazy roll” I just cut it in small squares and mixed with cream . This one ended up amazingly good. Chilling in the fridge . Thank You. God bless your talent !!

    Beautiful! May I ask what brand of almond flour you use? Yours is more white, which creates a beautiful white dough, whereas mine is yellowish so that the pastries always look like a yellow cake. Love your chanel. It’s total artistry.

    Brilliant I just made but added 1 extra white and yolk and make in standard size baking sheet for 15min next time I will spray with oil - the crumb is amazing! It’s in my fridge setting up now! I added some frozen berries before I rolled it

      hi! it can last up to 5 days inside the fridge in an airtight container to keep it moist.

    Quisiera saber si usar un endulzante líquido le cambiara mucho la textura?

    Yeeaasss 😍 keto baking is simply beautiful. Does the Swiss roll have to be completely cooled down ?

      Thank you Rocio! ❤️ You have to cool the cake for 10 minutes. The reason is to not melt the whipped cream when added (when the cake is too hot the whipped cream will melt) and if you leave the cake outside cooling it completely will make your cake crumble while rolling it.

      But I have one question, how did you manage to roll the dough with the filling WITHOUT STICKING onto the parchment paper - I let the finished dough rest on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes than added the whipping cream (*yummy* I added lemon juice to it - sooooo refreshing 👍👍👍👌👌👌👍👍👍) and when I started to roll it the cake stick to the parchment paper 😱😱😱 - when I made your Moccha Roll Cake 😍😍😍 everything went fine - so I'm not quite sure what my mistake this time was? 🤔🤔🤔
      Do you think it's better to oil the parchment paper to prevent it from sticking?
      Anyway I KNOW that it will taste D E L I C I O U S as always 😁☺😁☺ can't wait to give it a try 😊😊😊!!!
      And I have made pictures which I will post on Instagram asap 😇

      @@StevePerryisthebest Hi dear! ❤️ Actually I’m not sure why your cake is sticking to the parchment paper. Personally, I have no problems with roll cakes. Usually I advise people to cool them in a cooing rack to prevent condensation but you already did it. I can suggest to grease the parchment paper before pouring your batter if that’s the case. Hope it helps.❤️

    Could cocoa powder be added to make the cake Chocolate? If so how much would I add? TIA

    De chiquita yo hacia brazo gitanos de limon y guayaba para mi mama. Usted cree que este swiss roll podria ser rellenado con una version mas concentrada de lemon curd y si el sabor del cake lo complementaria? Usted podria hacer uno?

      Puedes probar mi otra receta de pastel de rollo como la original. Tiene sabor a vainilla y puedes agregar ralladura de limón a la masa del pastel y reemplazar el relleno con cuajada de limón.

    I made this twice yesterday. My cake stick to the parchment paper both time. Is there any tips or trick to avoid that? Aside from that this Swiss roll is soooooo good. Perfect recipe as always!!

    Tengo una duda si se supone que en este régimen no se come Succar como consigo la crema para batir sin azúcar o no importa que esa este azucarada?
    I have a doubt what do I do with the whipping cream if is already sweetened doesn’t matter? It’s not bad for the diet?

    This looks amazing, do you think I can substitute coconut flour? I’m allergic to almonds.

      Hi! I haven’t tried using coconut flour in this recipe. Coconut flour is much more absorbent than other flours, so it’s not possible to substitute without drastically changing the recipe.
