Today I present my cinnamon roll cake. Enjoy the sweet taste of cinnamon rolls in an easy to make, low carb cake recipe. With less than 3 net carbs per serving, you can actually have your cake and eat it too.

Cake Ingredients:
2 cups - almond flour amzn.to/2htvyB2
1 tsp - baking powder
1/4 tsp - salt
1/2 cup - powdered sugar substitute amzn.to/2GN6lJQ
8 Tbs - unsalted butter, room temp.
2 - large eggs
1 - egg yolk
1 tsp - vanilla extract
1/2 cup - sour cream
1/3 cup - water
Filling Ingredients:
4 Tbs - unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup - brown sugar substitute amzn.to/2SkcKox
1 Tbs - almond flour amzn.to/2htvyB2
2 tsp - ground cinnamon
Icing Ingredients:
2/3 cup - powdered sugar substitute amzn.to/2GN6lJQ
1 tsp - vanilla extract
5 to 6 Tbs - of heavy cream
Serves 9

I JUST made these in quarantine. Had all ingredients! This was VERY good!! It really hit the spot when I was craving something today.
I did add 3 oz of soften creamcheese to icing. Trying to use up a few things.
Will put it in my Low carb recipe list.

bahe1972 Try chaffles... Saved me on my keto diet!!! Lots of recipes on line.. I add a little bit of plain vanilla Greek yogurt to mine, maybe 1/4 teaspoon. I’ve made individual pizzas, waffles and they make great hamburger buns. I love them!!!

I just made this and had it with a cup of coffee and Omgosh, this is better than non-keto coffee cake! This recipe is so forgiving because I didn't have 3 eggs, so I used 2 whole eggs, a little less almond flour. I also didn't have sour cream so I mixed some cream cheese with half & half until I had the consistency of sour cream. Blended my sweetner in my coffee grinder a voila powdered sweetener. Thank you Papa-G for sharing another winning recipe!

Hi, finally I got a chance to try this cake! I swapped from sour cream into vanilla soy yogurt , butter into coconut oil as I am allergic of dairy products and the result still came out great! Ah and I added some espresso powder in the filling ingredients. The result came out so perfect and delicious ! I am surely gonna bake it again! Thanks for sharing ! :)

Absolutely delicious,I’m paleo/keto so everything tastes, super sweet, but I will cut down considerably on the powder swerve in dough, and probably half the recipe for glaze, but really moist, tender cake... I baked it for the full 43 minutes and it does giggle considerably but firms as it cools.

OMG!!!! This is amazing!!! For those of you doubting, and or just tired of trying only to be disappointed...TRUST me this is it!!! Keto desserts usually are ok, but can't shake that lacking flour taste. This taste buttery, sweet (not the artificial sweet taste), its light and moist (sour cream)! As a transitioning keto 'r this gave me so much hope!! This lifestyle really works for me! As a southern woman sockit to me cake, coffee cake, cinnamon rolls are my sweet weakness! This will satisfy those keto breaking cravings! I made whipped cream cheese frosting and it melts like the originating glaze & just made it that much more decadent! Perfect, thank you SO much Papa G! 🙏🏾❤💯
