Paul Fender I know right? Little over a week ago I made Anna’s ladyfingers dipped in chocolate. My daughter went to spend a few days w her gf so I sent a couple doz or so w her. It’s been a long, long time since I’ve used a piping bag. They turned out amazingly well. Wish I was better at tempering chocolate though. I guess I’ll have to buy melts rather than dark chocolate in the bars.

I've noticed in the many vids I've seen that Genoise is rolled warm and the True Sponge is rolled once cooled...

I'm stuck at home and I don't want to go outside to buy stuff. Lately I've been craving for something sweet. I've got eggs, flour, butter/oil, vanilla, sugar, oatmeal, baking soda here at home (no baking powder sadly and unfortunately no chocolate). Are there any yummy treats I can do using only these ingredients?
You can whip white eggs to add volume to the batter you may not need baking powder, or type cakes or pies or breads that you can make with not baking powder on youtube

Unfortunately I had problems getting this live. Viewing now it appears your eggs are enormous compared to the large eggs I see in the local stores. Never use tiny eggs feeding my husband. Can I use a larger egg?
