      I've found that if I don't do at least 15-20 minutes of exercise before, then my lower back will have some sort of tightness. First time I did it, I had adequately exercised beforehand, and it felt amazing.

    Been doing this (2) times a week for a couple of months and I feel tremendous difference in my posture. I train boxing and my slips and stance stability is better. For kickboxing, my lean back is further on my head kicks, creating more range and distance. This is just the perfect amount of workout for any level of fitness.

    I love this workout. Who knew that the answer to my lower back pain would be a 10minute video. I have spent countless hours with Chiropractors and masseuses, to no avail.     Ive always hated back workouts the most! But life aint easy!
    Tips:
    1) Eating healthy and drinking water so you dont ruin all the hard work you put into exercises.
    2) Be consistent! Or shit aint gon happen!
    3) Listen to the instructor and take SHORT breaks if you really need to.
    4) BREATHE! I know sometimes it gets hard, but you make it harder when you hold your breath.
    5) Do this for you and your happiness. Not for others.

    This is still my favorite lower back workout, it honestly works so well even in this short time frame. I always get lower back issues if I forget to work it out with videos like this and it's so important to keep the core strong and supported, especially when playing billiards and sitting for long periods of time.

    I don't understand why this is so underrated, their workouts are so good. I began my fitness journey with FB and now I've got to a point where I am really proud of myself. I'm not really all there but I'm consistent and getting to where I want to be. All in all, I love FB, you guys are the best.

    I’ve been doing this workout inconsistently for a couple weeks and have noticed my posture is much better and easier to stand/sit straighter. I would recommend this workout as it also decreased back pain! Thank you so much fitness blender!

    I've never really isolated my back and only focused on it during a workout. I would really recommend this workout though. Really good!

    i have scoliosis and have suffered several spine injuries. After recovering and healing from my third epidural, I will make sure that this time, my back muscles will be strong enough to support my terrible spine and allow me to do my favorite activities again

    I recommend doing some hamstring, leg, stretching, and cardio before hand with this one. My 2nd time doing this workout, and it was not as helpful bc I had only done a 5 min cardio warm up prior (not dissing FB!). I love this exercise, and want to let others know how I got the best out of this exercise. 😉😊

    I love doing this workout in the mornings to give my body a good stretch and work on my breathing. It's simple and short but very effective! Fitness Blender does it again :)

    Wow this is literally the first back workout I liked in my whole life definitely doing it more often and checking out the rest of the workouts! It’s actually not to hard for me surprisingly and I like that it has a countdown and moves quickly to the next exercise

    I am recovering from a back injury (from doing kettle bell swings no less...PAIN) and this is exactly the kind of rehab/strengthening exercises I need right now. No HIIT or strength for a while but this, combined with yoga and Pilates, is perfect! Thank you FB!!

    I always worked out my lower back in the gym with weighted extensions or deadlift. I tried this thinking it would be easy, boy, was I wrong. Really awesome lower back workout!

    Brief but effective! Perfect workout for me. Question: what does it indicate when you have trouble doing alternating arms/ legs? I’m still lifting same sides together sometimes and am wondering if my nerves are messed up, lol

    I started doing this every morning about two years ago with some modifications and it has helped with my scoliosis and back pain a lot. I don't get tingles in my lower back anymore while driving. Thanks guys!

    I love your workouts. You have allowed me to take control of my lower back pain and avoid medications. A close family member of mine recently died of an overdose which ultimately began in his search for lower back pain relief. Thank you :)

    I have a flabby, weak lower back that hurts all the time. This is great, thank you so much! Only thing is that my hip bones stick out in my abdomen and it hurts like HELL to lay on the floor or even a yoga mat doing those Pilates poses. I have to have a thick pillow under my stomach, would that affect results at all?

      It won't fortunately, but after a few weeks you use the pillow try sometimes to take out the pillow on some days. If your abs hurt after the exserise, it will be productive :)

    Ive been doing this workout for a couple years now and it does work! I have like lower back fat and this gets rid of it. As well as doing a bunch of butt workouts too.

    This is a great workout for ppl with scoliosis.Especially the first,second and the last exercise.My physioteraphist showed me these three amongst others,so they are legit! And also don't rush into them. If you can't lift your legs or arms as high as she does,don't worry.It will take time till your back is strong enough.What's important is to breathe,deep breaths in thru the nose and out thru the mouth and teeth,as best as you can.It's also important to make sure everything is perfectly aligned.

    Thank you Fitness Blender. I love your workouts. Just one comment on this one, I'm concerned about the windmills and other twisting exercises. I think Physio pros would say it puts your spine in a precarious position

      You have to eat clean and do cardio to lose fat all over the body. Spot reduction doesn't work through area specific exercises.

      I would say don't try focusing on losing one area. Just do their workouts and you should see changes and benefits. Thats what I did and I'm loving the benefits. Plus you just have to eat right. It really helps a lot.

      @@nicolesaavedra8381Do HIIT on alternate days,not more than 4 days,it's better if you do HIIT one day,low impact the other day,for HIIT this is the best channel( or one of the best),but for low impact i suggest you to look at Body Project channel,they have many low impact workouts,after 30-40 mins CARDIO in the morning try skipping rope for 10 mins,followed by Fitness Blender 10 min abs workouts(many are there,standing sitting,variety of stuff),but the most important thing is DIET,it's 70 % diet and 30 % workouts,wish you the best
