I've found that if I don't do at least 15-20 minutes of exercise before, then my lower back will have some sort of tightness. First time I did it, I had adequately exercised beforehand, and it felt amazing.

Been doing this (2) times a week for a couple of months and I feel tremendous difference in my posture. I train boxing and my slips and stance stability is better. For kickboxing, my lean back is further on my head kicks, creating more range and distance. This is just the perfect amount of workout for any level of fitness.

Ive always hated back workouts the most! But life aint easy! Tips: 1) Eating healthy and drinking water so you dont ruin all the hard work you put into exercises. 2) Be consistent! Or shit aint gon happen! 3) Listen to the instructor and take SHORT breaks if you really need to. 4) BREATHE! I know sometimes it gets hard, but you make it harder when you hold your breath. 5) Do this for you and your happiness. Not for others.
This is still my favorite lower back workout, it honestly works so well even in this short time frame. I always get lower back issues if I forget to work it out with videos like this and it's so important to keep the core strong and supported, especially when playing billiards and sitting for long periods of time.
I don't understand why this is so underrated, their workouts are so good. I began my fitness journey with FB and now I've got to a point where I am really proud of myself. I'm not really all there but I'm consistent and getting to where I want to be. All in all, I love FB, you guys are the best. \

i have scoliosis and have suffered several spine injuries. After recovering and healing from my third epidural, I will make sure that this time, my back muscles will be strong enough to support my terrible spine and allow me to do my favorite activities again
I recommend doing some hamstring, leg, stretching, and cardio before hand with this one. My 2nd time doing this workout, and it was not as helpful bc I had only done a 5 min cardio warm up prior (not dissing FB!). I love this exercise, and want to let others know how I got the best out of this exercise. 😉😊

I always worked out my lower back in the gym with weighted extensions or deadlift. I tried this thinking it would be easy, boy, was I wrong. Really awesome lower back workout!

I have a flabby, weak lower back that hurts all the time. This is great, thank you so much! Only thing is that my hip bones stick out in my abdomen and it hurts like HELL to lay on the floor or even a yoga mat doing those Pilates poses. I have to have a thick pillow under my stomach, would that affect results at all?
It won't fortunately, but after a few weeks you use the pillow try sometimes to take out the pillow on some days. If your abs hurt after the exserise, it will be productive :)

This is a great workout for ppl with scoliosis.Especially the first,second and the last exercise.My physioteraphist showed me these three amongst others,so they are legit! And also don't rush into them. If you can't lift your legs or arms as high as she does,don't worry.It will take time till your back is strong enough.What's important is to breathe,deep breaths in thru the nose and out thru the mouth and teeth,as best as you can.It's also important to make sure everything is perfectly aligned. I would say don't try focusing on losing one area. Just do their workouts and you should see changes and benefits. Thats what I did and I'm loving the benefits. Plus you just have to eat right. It really helps a lot.
@@nicolesaavedra8381Do HIIT on alternate days,not more than 4 days,it's better if you do HIIT one day,low impact the other day,for HIIT this is the best channel( or one of the best),but for low impact i suggest you to look at Body Project channel,they have many low impact workouts,after 30-40 mins CARDIO in the morning try skipping rope for 10 mins,followed by Fitness Blender 10 min abs workouts(many are there,standing sitting,variety of stuff),but the most important thing is DIET,it's 70 % diet and 30 % workouts,wish you the best

This helped me a lot in strengthening my core!!! Remember to not only pay attention to your abs but workout your back as well!!!

You have to eat clean and do cardio to lose fat all over the body. Spot reduction doesn't work through area specific exercises.
