This was a very solid review and I was so happy that you mentioned the part where the middle of your mousepad noticeably slows down compared to the edges of the pad. Also something I'd like to add is that the Hien eats up mousefeet faster than its other counterparts
Honestly the $60 you're paying for artisan are for the quality. I prefer the surface of the mpc450 and xtrfy gp4 over it and I can get the two of them for the same price of one artisan xl. Great review cyn!
Yea you won't regret it. I went from the Hien to the new Hayate xSoft. The surface is smooth, cushy, and comfortable to use. Speed is about 85% of the Hien's though.

That being said mobas are my main game and I play shooters on the side such as cs, and Tarkov. I just want an artisan pad for the quality and to see for myself what a top of the line mousepad feels like. Definitely more of a want rather than a need but i was thinking a hien soft would be good as I wanted to try something with a faster glide

Also I use glorious model D 1000dpi with 3.92 sens on cod new to pc so not sure if that’s a low sens or fast...
