Love the review! I was looking for a really good more detail review, i was wondering about the wrist and the texture because i have really bad OCD with textures, this really helped me a lot. Defiantly going to share this with my friends!
Great vid! 👍 Which Artisan pad do you think is closest to a Goliath Razer desk mat? The Goliath is a regular polyester/cheap pad. Which Artisan pad is the most comfortable on your arm/wrist/skin?
Hey there, thanks! I never tried that Razer mousepad so I’m not the best person to ask that. For me all the Artisans are comfortable, the only one that might be a trouble for some people is the Hien, because it’s a bit rough on the skin
Hi, Thanks for the video! Its really high quality. Would you say the Hyatte Otsu is quite close to the Artisan Zero? I am quite set on getting a Artisan FX Zero Soft, but they always have the buy 2 mousepad for roughly the same shipping thing; so I am looking to get a 2nd Artisan mousepad to try, I like balance, and more control over speed. but not soft and control until it digs. So the Zero is settled, now the 2nd mousepad. Which should i go for? Hayate Otsu in Soft? or Hayate Otsu in XSoft, so its 'closer' to the mousepad profile which I would probably like? ps, I know the Hien is all speed, what about the Raiden ?
Hey! The Hayate Otsu Soft has been my #1 choice since the beginning. I don’t own a Raiden yet but when I get my hands on one I’ll drop my opinion on it. If I would buy my first 2 Artisan pads again I would go Otsu Soft and Zero Soft
Great video! Quick question: I play both tac FPS (cs and valorant) and faster fps like Apex and Overwatch. Which mousepad do you think would be the best for both? I was between the Hien and Hayate Otsu--which one do you recommend more? Thanks
Keep in mind that the otsu has a bad durability. Hien soft or xsoft for Apex, zero soft or xsoft for tac shooter, Hien is faster but you have better micro adjustement. The Otsu is between the zero and the Hien, the stoping power of the zero but faster.
Bro I’m playing R6 and I’m looking for the one that has smooth surface and doesn’t hurt my wrist. Also, I need it to be fast but has some controls. Can you help me plz? I think Otsu mid or soft would be the best one but I’m not sure.
@@brunolrnc I heard from multiple RUclipsrs said Otsu mid is the best for speed and a little control. So is Otsu soft fast enough to move my mouse fast without any problems and flicking fast?
For anyone looking into the Hien, I have been using the red one (large size) with XSOFT fabric and I feel like if I got SOFT or MID roughness it would be very bad. Only get the XSOFT version because I have been using this thing for the last 2 years and have never considered switching. I have been thinking about trying a glass mousepad like the pulsar aimerz or skypad but I feel like I will end up going back to cloth so I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
Thanks for the review, definitely deserves more watches. I learned a lot more about the pads from your video, even though I've already watched 10+ videos about those pads. Unfortunately I still don't really know what pad I should choose, as I have begun to appreciate a very weird kind of mousepad that barely gets any recognition. As I do not know which of the Artisan Pads would resemble its features, I have simply no idea. Yet, I would definitely watch further reviews of the Raiden and the shidenkai v2, as those both, together with the Otsu are the ones I have an eye on.
@@brunolrnc Just a tip: Having some close-ups of the surface of the pad, not only the stitching of edge, is very helpful to understand how the pad feels and can also give an indication on how it performs or differs in vertical and horizontal movement. It may not be as easy to get a sharp picture of it, but since you structured your videos finely, I wanted to give some constructive feedback. I have rarely seen this in other videos, watched about 20+ now and there were only 1 or 2 useful closeups, so this is something that makes your standout.
What skates do you have on gpx2? I have ice tiger and I’m wondering if it’s compatible with the pads. Got an esp tiger Chung yun and the sensor stop tracking after lifting it, scared it will happen with artisans pads too. Would be cool to see a review of raiden and look into pad smith, they have some cool glass pads
which one do you think will be the best for me? I play valorant with low sens, .21 800 dpi. i was thinking of the artisan zero or otsu. i want a pad that i have control over. i don't want the pad to feel SLIPPERY, but instead to be in my control. please thank you.
@@brunolrnc one last question- which one will feel the least slippery? the zero soft/mid/ or xsoft? i bought a steelseries qck mousepad that was xsoft and it feels to slippery. i don't use it at all anymore
I can't decide. I play mobas like LoL and arpgs like PoE, so a mix between quick flicks with microadjustments, need stopping power for skillshot accuracy and consistent, stable and reliable glide for character movement. I dont play fps.
I should mention I run every mouse I have with regular Corepads, and I very much prefer a desk sized pad (1220/610mm). Can I get the Artisans in this size? I've seen Aqua Control II has (almost) this size available. Also, what do you think about cordura pads?
I just took a photo of my desk with my mouse spread with my artisan pads and it looked just like this video lmfaooooo I just got the fnatic thorn few days ago and had that included with the OG superlight lmao.
heyy boas bruno, eu queria encomendar um artisan no website deles mas na zona da morada de envio não consigo colocar o código postal com o hífen (-), como é que fazes?
Amazing channel and reviews, keep it up! Just subscribed. I recently got all the last products you reviewed (Sora V2, Artisan Zero/Otsu & Redux for Wooting) before I even found the channel. Nice to hear your takes on it. Which Pad do you like best or do you switch between them?
Thank you! Those are, in my opinion some of the best products to have in a setup, I’ve been loving them. At the moment I’m using the new Wallhack Cloth pads to make a review this month. The Artisan pad that I use the most is the Zero
Great review! Even though I own all three mousepads it was informative. Personally really looking forward to the new Artisan pads! Btw. I have both Raiden and Shidenkai pads and I'm also in Europe. I could sell them to you for a decent price if interested. Let me know if interested :D
Thanks for commenting! I saw that the Artisan Raiden is finally getting the Soft variant, I’ll most definitely get that one when it releases. I have multiple mousepads yet to review, the new Wallhack cloth pads and some from X-Raypad. At the moment I’m stocked for future reviews 😅
